Memberdayakan anggota PUSKUD Riau
menjadi pelaku ekonomi yang tangguh dan
professional dengan mengembangkan system
ekonomi kerakyatan yang bertumpu pada
mekanisme pasar yang berkeadilan berbasis
pada sumber daya alam dan sumber daya
manusia yang produktif, mandiri, maju
berdaya saing, berwawasan lingkungan dan
berkelanjutan dengan bermuara pada
Koperasi dan masyarakat pada umumnya.

PENDAHULUAN

Badan Usaha Koperasi ini bernama PUSAT KOPERASI UNIT DESA

PROVINSI RIAU dengan nama singkat PUSKUD RIAU, merupakan
koperasi Sekunder Tingkat Provinsi yang selanjutnya dalam Anggaran
Dasar disebut PUSAT KUD. Tahun 2017 adalah tahun pertama
Kepengurusan PUSKUD Riau yang baru masa bakti Tahun 2017 – 2022,
dan juga tahun pertama Operasional PUSKUD Riau dipimpin oleh Direksi
baru. Dengan komposisi struktur kepengurusan dan direksi yang baru
diharapkan mampu melahirkan wawasan baru yang kreatif dan inovatif
serta ide –ide cemerlang untuk kemajuan perkembangan Usaha PUSKUD
Riau ke depannya. Dalam menghadapi tantangan dan persaingan yang
makin kompetitif sangat diperlukan kerja keras, komitmen yang tinggi,
konsistensi yang berkesinambungan untuk terus menerus memperkuat
pondasi Usaha PUSKUD Riau beserta jaringannya.

PUSKUD Riau sebagai pelaku bisnis ekonomi kerakyatan, dalam situasi
dan kondisi perekonomian seperti apapun akan terus berupaya untuk
tetap eksis mengembangkan usaha – usaha yang telah ada, setidaknya
mampu bertahan. Disamping itu pengembangan dan terobosan usaha
serta kejelian didalam menangkap peluang usaha terus diupayakan
agar PUSKUD Riau terus berkembang.
Pedoman dan kerangka acuan untuk terlaksananya seluruh rangkaian
kegiatan PUSKUD Riau meliputi bidang Organisasi dan Kelembagaan,
Usaha – Usaha yang meliputi penyaluran pupuk bersubsidi, penyaluran
pupuk non subsidi.
Dalam bidang Organisasi dan Kelembagaan PUSKUD Riau terus
melakukan pembenahan ,penataan Manajemen, inventarisasi
keanggotaan, efisiensi keuangan, membangun jaringan usaha antara
Induk KUD, Pusat KUD dan anggota, serta menjalin kerjasama Usaha
dengan pihak ketiga.

tahun 1981 sampai saat ini tahun
2019, usia PUSKUD Riau telah
menginjak angka 37 tahun, dan telah
melaksanakan Rapat Anggota Tahunan
sebanyak 38 kali sampai Tahun buku
2018.
