01 PENDAHULUAN
Manufaktur proses adalah metode produksi di mana
komponen atau bahan baku dicampurkan dengan
mengikut formula atau resep—sering kali memerlukan
panas, waktu, dan/atau tekanan—untuk menghasilkan
barang.

 BAB II
Proses manufaktur merupakan serangkaian kegiatan atau
langkah-langkah yang dilakukan untuk mengubah bahan
mentah atau bahan baku menjadi produk jadi yang siap untuk
digunakan atau dijual. Proses ini melibatkan penggunaan
berbagai macam teknik, peralatan, dan sumber daya manusia
untuk mencapai tujuan produksi.
 JENIS JENIS PROSES
MANUFAKTUR
1. . Proses Manufaktur Diskrit
Merupakan proses pembuatan produk yang berbedabeda secara terpisah, seperti perakitan mobil atau
peralatan elektronik. Setiap produk memiliki tahapan produksi yang unik dan khusus

2. Proses Manufaktur Kontinu

Merupakan proses produksi yang berkelanjutan dan terus menerus, seperti produksi baja atau kertas.
Bahan mentah mengalami transformasi melalui serangkaian tahapan yang terintegrasi secara kontinu

3. Proses Manufaktur Batch

Merupakan proses produksi dalam jumlah batch tertentu, di mana beberapa produk dibuat dalam satu
waktu dengan tahapan produksi yang serupa. Contohnya adalah pembuatan kosmetik atau obat-obatan.

4. Proses Manufaktur Custom

Merupakan proses produksi yang disesuaikan atau disesuaikan dengan permintaan pelanggan. Produk
yang dihasilkan dapat disesuaikan dengan spesifikasi atau kebutuhan individu.

UKURAN MESIN GURDI

Ukuran Mesin Gurdi radial didasarkan pada panjang lengannya dalam meter.
Ukuran yang umum adalah 1,2 m; 1,8 m; 2,4 m. Dalam beberapa kasus,
diameter dari tiang dalam milimeter juga digunakan dalam menyatakan ukuran.

biasanya ia berbentuk bulat dengan bagian lubang
yang berada di tengah ( seperti mur ) yang
dirancang untuk membuat dan memotong ulir .

Pasangkan senei pada pemegangnya dan
kemudian kunci senai dengan baut
pengikatnya.
Tempatkan senei pada benda kerja
dengan posisi datar kemudian tekan
senei sampai benda kerja dapat masuk
pada senei.
Setelah masuk, lakukan penekanan
sambil senei diputar searah dengan
putaran jarum jam.

menit dengan jumlah 13 proses, 1 pengecekan dan
1 penyimpanan.

Setelah bahan-bahan diproses, tahap perakitan
dimulai. Bagian-bagian rak sepatu akan dirakit
sedemikian rupa sesuai dengan instruksi dan
desain yang telah ditentukan.
 SARAN
Sebelum memulai proses pembuatan rak,
sebaiknya lakukan perencanaan desain
yang matang. Melalui autocad. Tentukan urutan pengerjaan
