 ANAMNESIS
Keluhan Utama :

• Gatal pada sela jari tangan sejak 1 minggu yang lalu.

Riwayat Penyakit Sekarang :

• Pasien datang ke Poli Umum diantar oleh ibunya dengan keluhan bruntus bruntus yang
terasa gatal pada sela – sela jari tangan nya. Keluhan ini sudah dirasakan sejak 1 minggu
lalu, namun semakin memberat sejak 3 hari sebelum datang ke puskesmas, awalnya
bruntus kemerahan dirasakan muncul sedikit lalu kemudian menjalar sampai kedua tangan
pasien. Keluhan gatal dirasakan semakin hebat terutama pada malam hari dan
menyebabkan pasien sering terbangun hampir setiap malam. Rasa gatal yang dirasakan
membuat pasien menggaruk kulit hingga timbul luka akibat garukan dan beberapa luka
berdarah. Pasien tinggal di pondok pesantren tidur bersama dengan teman sekamarnya.
Pasien juga mengatakan bahwa banyak temannya yang mengalami keluhan serupa. Pasien
biasanya mandi 2 x dalam sehari, Pasien mengaku mengganti pakian 2 kali dalam sehari
namun serimng bertukar pakaian dengan temannya. Pasien m engatakan sering
menggunakan baju dan celana temannya, pasien jarang mencuci baju, membersihkan
kasur dan jarang mengganti sprei.

Riwayat Kebiasaan
Pasien tinggal di pondok pesantren tidur bersama dengan teman
sekamarnya. Pasein juga mengatakan bahwa banyak temannya yang
mengalami keluhan serupa. Pasien biasanya mandi 2 x dalam sehari, suka
bertukar pakaiannya dengan temannya. keluhan demam, batuk pilek dan
sakit menelan disangkal.

Pasien mengatakan belum pernah berobat
sebelumnya.
