Pendahuluan
● Tinea atau dermatofitosis merupakan infeksi superfisial
pada kulit, rambut, dan kuku yang disebabkan oleh infeksi
dermatofita.

● Sekitar 25% penyakit jamur di dunia adalah tinea. Tinea

relatif sering terjadi pada negara iklim tropis dengan status
sosioekonomi rendah. Di Indonesia, tinea merupakan
infeksi jamur yang paling umum ditemukan dengan
persentase 52%

Os mengeluh gatal pada Bercak merah di ketiak dan badan
tubuh
Riwayat Penyakit Sekarang
Pasien datang keluhan utama berupa gatal di seluruh tubuh. Keluhan dirasakan
oleh pasien lebih kurang sejak 3 bulan yang lalu. Keluhan disertai dengan bercak-bercak
kemerahan. Menurut pasien, awalnya dirinya tidak menyadari adanya bercak kemerahan
yang timbul. Bercak kemerahan muncul dengan sisik putih sebesar uang logam di ketiak,
bercak tersebut lama kelamaan bertambah lebar dan meluas hingga sebesar ukuran telapak
tangan, warna bercak pun berubah menjadi merah kehitaman.

Kemudian bercak juga muncul di perut dan selangkangan. Bercak-bercak

kemerahan tersebut dirasakan sangat gatal terutama bila berkeringat dan udara panas dan
membaik saat setelah mandi. Apabila bercak terasa gatal, pasien juga sering menggaruk
bercak tersebut sehingga semakin melebar dan bertambah banyak. Menurut pasien gatal
tidak dipengaruhi makanan yang dikonsumsi setiap harinya.
 Riwayat Penyakit Dahulu : Pasien tidak pernah mengalami keluhan yang sama
sebelumnya. Riwayat alergi makanan (-)

Riwayat Pengobatan : Diobati menggunakan salep warung namun tidak kunjung

sembuh.
Pasien rutin mengkonsumsi obat pengontrol tekanan darah (Amlodipin).

Regio Axillaris Dextra et Sinistra, Regio Abdominalis Inferior Dextra et Sinistra

Tampak makula-patch eritematosa hiperpigmentasi, batas tegas, multipel, irregular

dengan tepi aktif dan central healing, ukuran nummular-plakat, sebagian ditutupi
skuama sedang selapis warna putih.
Pemeriksaan Penunjang

Tidak dilakukan pemeriksaan

Diusulkan untuk pemeriksaan KOH dan biopsi

kerokan kulit.

1. Myconazole 2% Cr 10 gr Tube ● Menjelaskan kepada pasien bahwa penyakit

No. I (Sue) disebabkan jamur dan membutuhkan
pengobatan dalam jangka waktu 3-4 minggu.
2. Ketokonazole tab 200 mg No.
