 Kegiatan Perbankan
Dalam menjalankan usahanya sebagai lembaga keuangan, kegiatan bank sehari-
hari tidak akan terlepas dari bidang keuangan. Sama seperti halnya perusahaan
lainnya, kegiatan pihak perbankan secara sederhana dapat kita katakan sebagai
tempat melayani segala kebutuhan para nasabahnya.Para nasabah datang silih
berganti baik sebagai pembeli jasa maupun penjual jasa yang ditawarkan.Hal ini
sesuai dengan kegiatan utama suatu bank yaitu membeli uang dari masyarakat
( menghimpun dana ) melalui simpanan dan kemudian menjual uang yang
diperoleh dari penghimpunan dana dengan cara ( menyalurkan dana ) kepada
masyarakat umum dalam bentuk kredit atau pinjaman.
 Kegiatan Perbankan secara umum

Suku bunga adalah harga dari penggunaan uang atau
biasa juga dipandang sebagai sewa atas penggunaan

dijabarkan sebagai harga dari meminjam uang untuk
menggunakan daya belinya dan biasanya dinyatakan
dalam persen (%).
Dalam kegiatan perbankan sehari-hari, ada dua macam bunga
yang diberikan kepada nasabahnya, yaitu:

Jenis-jenis Pembebanan Suku Bunga Kredit
Selain komponen-komponen yang mempengaruhi tingkat bunga kredit diatas,
bank dalam melakukan kegiatan operasionalnya terutama pada kegiatan pinjaman
selalu memiliki jenis-jenis metode pembebanan terhadap suku bunga kredit yang
akan diberikan kepada masyarakat.
Beberapa metode pembebanan bunga kredit pada bank antara lain:
1. Sliding rate
Pembebanan bunga setiap bulan dihitung dari sisa pinjamannya sehingga jumlah
bunga yang dibayar nasabah setiap bulan menurun seiring dengan turunnya
pokok pinjaman.
2. Flat rate
Pembebanan bunga setiap bulan tetap dari jumlah pinjamannya, demikian pula
pokok pinjaman setiap bulan juga dibayar sama sehingga cicilan setiap bulan
sama sampai kredit tersebut lunas.
