Per 1 Januari 2021 pemerintah memberlakukan tarif
bea meterai baru menjadi tarif tunggal, yaitu senilai
Rp10.000 per lembar
SANKSI ADMINISTRASI BEA MATERAI

Bagi pihak yang terutang bea materai


Siapa Saja Pihak Terutang?
Undang Undang nomor 10 tahun 2020 Pasal 9 ayat (1) sampai (5)
Pasal 9
Jika pihak terutang bea materai tersebut mengalami pelanggaran yang
mengakibatkan bea materai tidak atau kurang bayar, sanksi administrasi yang
diterima adalah
* Denda administrasi 200% dari Bea Meterai yang tidak atau kurang dibayar jika
terutang sebelum 1 January 2021 dan 100% dari Bea Meterai yang tidak atau
kurangdibayarjika terutang sejak 1 January 2021
Pasal 11
Jika pemungut Bea Materai tidak bisa melaksanakan
kewajibannya, maka akan diberikan sanksi seperti
berikut:
- Sanksi tidak memungut Bea Materai berupa
penerbitan Surat Ketetapan Pajak ( SKP )
- Sanksi jika jumlah yang di setor kurang berupa sanksi
administrasi sebesar 100% dari bea meterai yang
tidak atau kurang dipungut dan/atau tidak atau
kurang disetor.
- Sanksi telat setor Bea Materai diterbitkan Surat
Tagihan Pajak (STP)
- Sanksi tidak atau telat lapor diterbitkan Surat
Tagihan Pajak (STP)
