Infeksi

1.1. Pengertian
Kelompok atau agregat adalah sekumpulan
individu yang berinteraksi pada suatu daerah
atau mempunyai karakteristik khusus yang
merupakan bagian dari masyarakat (Stanhope &
Lancaster, 2016).
Infeksi adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh
mikroba patogen dan bersifat sangat dinamis.

a. Menurut data Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) yang
dilakukan tahun 2018, masih ada beberapa penyakit
menular yang banyak beredar di Indonesia, di antaranya:
a. Infeksi saluran pernafasan atas (ISPA)
b. b.Pneumonia
c. c.Tuberkulosis (TBC)
d. d. Diare
e. e.Hepatitis
f. f.HIV/AIDS
g. g.Penyakit yang menulaqr lewat nyamuk
h. h.Covid-19

Penyakit menular adalah penyakit yang dapat ditularkan (berpindah dari orang yang satu ke
orang yang lain, baik secara langsung maupun melalui perantara). Suatu penyakit dapat
menular dari orang satu ke orang lain ditentukan oleh 3 faktor tersebut:
● Agen (penyebab penyakit).
● Host (induk semang).
● Rute of transmision (jalannya penularan).

Makhluh hidup sebagai pemegang peranan penting didalam epidemiologi yang merupakan
penyebab penyakit dapat dikelompokkan menjadi:
Golongan virus ,misalnya influenza, Gologan riketsia , misal typhus Golongan bakteri,
misal disentri, Golongan protozoa, misalnya malaria,
Golongan jamur, yakni bermacam-macam panu, Golongan cacing, yakni bermacam macam
cacing perut seperti ascaris (cacing gelang.

Dari sini timbul istilah reservoar yang diartikan

2. Reservoar pada Hewan

penyakit-penyakit pada binatang ini melalui berbagai cara

yakni:
• Orang makan daging binatang yang menderita
penyakit misal cacing pita.
• Melalui gigitan binatang sebagai vektornya misal pes
melalui pinjal tikus,malaria, filarasis demam berdarah
melalui gigitan nyamuk.
• Binatang penderita penyakit langsung menggigit
orang misal rabies.
