Terdiri Anteroom Unloading yang menghubungkan ke ABF dan ColdStorage,

dan Anteroom Loading yang menuju area pemuatan. Ketebalan dinding
Polyurethane Panel dan Polyurethane Slab adalah 70 mm. Masing-masing
pintu dilengkapi dengan Pluth Curtain.
Lantai kerja Cold Storage dipasangi pipa PVC diameter 4 inchi dengan jarak
antar pipa kurang lebih 80 cm. Panjang pipa sesuai dengan lebar Cold
Storage.
Pengecoran dilakukan setelah pemasangan bahan Polyurethane dan
kolom-kolom kayu. Kolom kayu dipasang kurang lebih per 1,5 m di seluruh
luas lantai dan menggunakan material kayu kelas I, misalnya kayu besi,
bayam dll.
Lantai halus dan memiliki kemiringan yang cukup ke arah drainase. Drainase
memadai untuk mengalirkan limbah cair dengan lancar, permukaan halus,
mengalir dari tempat bersih ke tempat kurang bersih, dan dilengkapi dengan
penutup dan screen berupa grill stainless untuk mencegah pest.
Ruang penanganan dilengkapi dengan keran-keran air dengan ukuran
( diameter 1 2 inchi). Ruang masuk dilengkapi dengan tirai plastik
(PVC/Pluth Curtain)
