Penjagaan kebersihan makanan memainkan peranan yang penting bagi kesihatan tubuh
badan. Bagi bahan makanan mentah atau basah perlulah disimpan di dalam peti sejuk agar
sentiasa terjamin kesegarannya. Selain itu, makanan yang telah dimasak haruslah ditutup
daripada dihinggapi lalat. Pastikan juga suasana dan persekitaran dapur sentiasa bersih. Semasa
hendak meletakkan makanan di dalam bekas, pastikan bekas tersebut dalam keadaan bersih.
Selain itu juga, perkara yang paling penting adalah membasuh tangan sebelum menyentuh
makanan. Kesimpulannya, kebersihan makanan memainkan peranan yang cukup penting agar
tubuh badan tidak dihidapi penyakit.
