MEDIA PROMOSI OUTDOOR
OUTDOOR MEDIA PLACEMENT
PYLON
District 8 menyediakan fasilitas Pylon sebagai
salah satu media penempatan merek/nama/logo
perusahaan yang dapat digunakan oleh pemilik/
penyewa baik perkantoran dan pusat belanja.
We as District 8 Management provide facilities in
the form of Pylon sign as a medium for the Office
tenants and Shopping Malls to put the company
logo on the District 8 estate area.
Adapun ketentuan penggunaan Pylon adalah first
come first serve basis sesuai ketersediaan dengan
mekanisme sebagai berikut:
The Pylon usage is based on first come first serve
basis subject to availability with the terms and
conditions as follows:
1. District 8 menyediakan 2 tiang pylon di area
SCBD & 1 tiang pylon di Senopati .
District 8 provides 2 pylons at SCBD & 1 pylon at
Senopati area.
2. Pylon Prosperity tersedia 8 box reklame dengan
8 slot reklame & 8 box per-Pylon untuk Treasury
& Senopati dengan masing-masing 16 slot
reklame per-Pylon.
The pylon at Prosperity have 8 boxes with 8
advertisement slots & 8 boxes per-Pylon for
Treasury & Senopati with 16 advertisement
slots per-Pylon.
3. Penggunaan pylon adalah berbayar dengan
periode sewa minimum 1 tahun.
The use of pylons is for a minimum rental period
of 1 year.
4. Penyewa dapat menyewa lebih dari 1 slot
reklame apabila tersedia dengan ketentuan
reklame dipasang bolak balik dengan materi
reklame yang sama, penggabungan/perubahan
box reklame menjadi tanggungan penyewa &
penyewa harus mengembalikan box reklame
pada keadaan semula saat masa sewa berakhir.
Tenant can rent more than 1 advertisement
slot based on availability & should be posted
back & forth with same advertisement
material, changing of advertisement box is the
responsibility of tenant & it should be return
with its original state when the rental period is
end.
5. Pengisi box reklame hanya terbatas pada
penyewa/pemilik di gedung Prosperity, Treasury
& Ashta.
The advertisement filler is limited for tenants/
owners of Prosperity Tower, Treasury Tower &
The Ashta.
6. Reklame yang diijinkan dipasang adalah hanya
terbatas pada logo dan/atau nama perusahaan.
Advertisement to be used is limited to the brand,
logo and/or name of the company.
7. Penyewa wajib mengirimkan design merek/
nama/logoperusahaan yang akan ditampilkan
pada pylon untuk mendapatkan persetujuan
dari District 8.
Tenant must submit the design of the company’s
brand/name/logo which will be attained at the
pylon for POM District 8 approval.
8. Segala biaya produksi, pasang/bongkar, biaya
jaminan, listrik dan pajak reklame menjadi
tanggung jawab penyewa.
Production and installation/dismantle cost,
security deposit as well as advertisement tax will
be the responsibility of lesee.
9. Ijin pemasangan merek/nama/logo perusahaan
hanya akan dikeluarkan apabila seluruh proses
administrasi dan teknikal sudah terpenuhi.
District 8 will release the permit only if all
administrative and technical issues are settled.
10. Segala kerusakan yang terjadi akibat pasang/
bongkar reklame menjadi tanggung jawab
pihak penyewa.
All damage caused by the advertisement
installation/dismantle will be the responsibility
of lesee.
11. Lampu pylon akan menyala mulai pukul 18.00
WIB sampai 06.00 WIB.
The pylon will be lit from 06.00 PM to 06.00 AM.
12. Perawatan tiang pylon dan box reklame menjadi
tanggung jawab pihak POM District 8.
The maintenance of pylon & advertisement box
will be the responsibility of POM District 8.

Pylon Information
1. Ukuran box reklame/Advertisement box size
: 2400 x 1200 mm
2. Material box/Box material : Akrilik/Acrylic
3. Lampu/lighting : Tersedia/Available
4. Materi reklame/Advertisement material :
Digital printing
Untuk produksi materi reklame penyewa wajib
menggunakan vendor rekanan POM District 8.
Tenant must use POM D8 printing vendor for the
production of advertisement material.
ATURAN LAIN-LAIN
OTHER REGULATIONS
Pengembalian Desposit
Refundable Deposit
1. Biaya jaminan diwajibkan untuk menutupi
segala kerusakan/kerugian dan/atau biaya
tambahan yang timbul akibat penyewaan pylon.
Security deposit is required upon confirmation
of the function to act as a current liability to
cover for any losses, damages and breakages
occurred on any of the property or surcharges
for any additional requirements during the
rental period.
2. Biaya jaminan ditransfer ke akun PT Kawasan
Mandiri Bersama, Bank Artha Graha – Nomor
Akun 107 670 8882. Tanda bukti transfer
dikirimkan kepada District 8 beserta surat
konfirmasi sewa pylon selambatnya 2 (dua)
minggu sebelum serah terima ruang gudang.
The deposit should be transferred to PT Kawasan
Mandiri Bersama, Bank Artha Graha - Account
number 107 670 8882. And the Bank remittance
should be attached and submitted maximum 2
weeks before the pylon space hand over.
3. Biaya jaminan akan dikembalikan tanpa
pengurangan apabila tidak terjadi kerusakan/
kerugian dan/atau biaya tambahan yang timbul
akibat penyewaan pylon.
The deposit will be refunded accordingly if there
are no losses, damages or breakages detected or
any surcharge required for the pylon rental.
Aturan Kontraktor
Contractors Policy:
1. Penyewa wajib mengajukan rencana
pemasangan reklame termasuk desain
reklame & materi reklame untuk mendapatkan
persetujuan pihak District 8.
Tenant should submit the plan of advertisement
installation as well as the design & advertisement
material for D8 approval.
2. Segala biaya yang timbul akibat kegiatan pada
poin 1 menjadi tanggung jawab penyewa.
All cost that may occur caused by the above
activities (point 1) will be fully tenant’s
responsibility.
3. Pekerja/kontraktor wajib menjaga kebersihan,
ketertiban & keselamatan kerja.
The workers should keep the pylon area clean &
work safety.
4. Pekerja/kontraktor wajib membersihkan dan
mengeluarkan sampah yang timbul baik
sebelum maupun setelah pekerjaan berlangsung
 dan membawanya keluar Gedung.
The workers/contractors must clean all the
dirt (garbage) that arises from the beginning
to finish the work and must bring the garbage
generate outside the building.
5. Penyewa wajib mengembalikan pylon tersewa
yang sudah habis masa sewanya/tidak
melanjutkan sewa ke keadaan semula.
Tenant should return the rented pylon in the
same condition at time of hand over.
Larangan-larangan
Restrictions:
1. Peruntukan pylon adalah hanya sebagai area
reklame nama/logo perusahaan non-produk.
The usage of pylon is only for the advertisement
of company’s name/logo non-product.
2. Penyewa atau kontraktor dilarang menggunakan
saluran atau outlet listrik diluar yang sudah
ditentukan tanpa persetujuan manajemen
District 8.
Tenants or contractors is not permitted to use a
channel or electrical outlet outside the specified
one without permit to the District 8 management.
3. Lokasi Pylon District 8 dibagi dalam 4 area yaitu:
We have four strategic Pylon locations as follows:
• SCBD, Besides of Gate I Prosperity
• SCBD Besides of Gate I Revenue
• Treasury Office Tower, opposite Grand Lucky
• Senopati, Front of Gate B entrance
