Abstrak: Penelitian ini berjudul Implementasi Sekolah Ramah Anak dalam Upaya
Penanaman Nilai-Nilai Karakter Siswa di SD Negeri Ngupasan Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini
membahas tentang proses penanaman nilai-nilai karakter siswa di Sekolah Ramah Anak
SD Negeri Ngupasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali: (1)implementasi sekolah
ramah anak dalam upaya penanaman nilai-nilai karakter siswa (2) faktor pendukung dan
faktor penghambat (3)solusi dalam mengatasi faktor penghambat implementasi sekolah
ramah anak dalam penanaman nilai-nilai karakter siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan
penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Narasumber penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah, 4 guru kelas,
koordinator sekolah ramah anak dan 4 siswa. Pengumpulan data berupa wawancara,
observasi dan dokumentasi. Instrumen data penelitian berupa pedoman observasi, pedoman
wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Validitas data menggunakan observasi, meningkatkan
ketekunan, triangulasi (sumber, teknik, dan waktu) dan bahan referensi. Analisis data
menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data,
penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data dengan
meningkatkan ketekunan, menggunakan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik, dan
triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1)Implementasi sekolah ramah
anak dalam upaya penanaman nilai-nilai karakter siswa di SD Negeri Ngupasan telah
menerapkan Program Sekolah Ramah Anak sejak tahun 2017. Proses penanaman nilai-nilai
karakter dalam sekolah ramah anak SD Negeri Ngupasan dilakukan dengan perencanaan
penanaman nilai-nilai karakter, pelaksanaan penanaman nilai-nilai karakter, strategi
penanaman nilai-nilai karakter, penggunaan media pembelajaran, penggaitan nilai-nilai
karakter pada kegiatan sekolah. (2) Faktor pendukung yaitu program sekolah, Pendidik dan
Tenaga Kependidikan, sarana dan prasarananya. Faktor penghambat yaitu orang tua siswa
dan siswa dengan berbagai macam karakter. (3)Solusinya komunikasi antara orang tua,
siswa dan pihak sekolah menggunakan whatsapp group, Workshop dengan Komisi
Perlindungan Anak Indonesia dan study banding Sekolah Ramah Anak lainnya.

THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CHILD FRIENDLY SCHOOL EFFORT
INCULCATING THE STUDENT CHARACTER VALUES
AT NGUPASAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL YOGYAKARTA
Abstract: This research title is The implementation of child friendly school effort
inculcating the student character values at Ngupasan Elementary School
Yogyakarta. This research discuss about the process inculating the student character
values at child friendly school Ngupasan Elementary School. This research aims to
describe: (1) The implementation of child friendly school inculcating the character
values, (2) The supporting factor and inhibitory factor (3) The solution carried out
in the implementation of child friendly school implanting the value of character
students Ngupasan Elementary School. This research is qualitative descriptive
research. Research data sources are principals, 4 teacher classes, coordinator of
child friendly school and 4 students. Data collection techniques using interviews,
observation, and documentation. These research instruments are observation
guidelines, interview guidelines, and documentation. Test the validity of data using
observation, increase persistence, triangulation (source, technique, and timing), and
use reference material. The data analysis techniques in this study used Miles and
Huberman analyses consisting of collection, reduction, display and conclusions.
The results showed that (1)Implementation of a child-friendly school Program at
Ngupasan Elementary School since 2017.The process of inculcating the character
values in a child-friendly school Ngupasan Elementary School. has done by the
planning, implementing, strategy, the using of learning media, integrating character
in school activities. (2)Supporting factors are school program, Teachers and
Education Facilitators, facilities and infrastructure. Inhibitory factors are variety of
characters of student’s, and student parents. (3)The solution is communication
among parents and students using whatsapp group, a workshop with the Indonesian
Child Protection Commission, and study visit to another child-friendly school.
