beberapa teks khusus dalam bentuk formulir isian yang digunakan di
perusahaan/ bank/instansi lain, dengan memberi dan meminta
informasi terkait jati diri dan informasi yang relevan, sesuai dengan
konteks penggunaannya.
KI 4.1 Menangkap makna secara kontekstual terkait fungsi sosial, struktur
teks, dan unsur kebahasaan teks khusus dalam bentuk formulir isian
yang digunakan di perusahaan/bank/instansi lain, terkait jati diri dan
informasi yang relevan.

d. Indikator Pencapaian Kompetensi :

3.1.1 Membedakan fungsi sosial dari teks khusus dalam bentuk formulir isian
kegiatan di buku dan media massa.
3.1.2 Membedakan struktur teks khusus dalam bentuk formulir isian kegiatan di

4.1.1 Menangkap makna secara kontekstual terkait fungsi sosial, struktur teks,
dan unsur kebahasaan teks khusus dalam bentuk formulir isian lisan dan

tulis, dengan memberi dan meminta informasi terkait teknologi yang


tercakup dalam mata pelajaran lain di Kelas X sesuai dengan konteks

4.1.2 Menyusun teks khusus dalam bentuk formulir isian lisan dan tulis, dalam
bentuk biografi, terkait tokoh terkenal, dengan memperhatikan fungsi
sosial, struktur teks, dan unsur kebahasaan, secara benar dan sesuai
konteks.
4.1.3 Menyusun teks khusus dalam bentuk formulir isian percakapan sederhana
tentang tindakan memberi dan meminta informasi terkait kecukupan
untuk dapat/tidak dapat melakukan/menjadi sesuatu, sesuai dengan
konteks penggunaannya. (Perhatikan unsur teks khusus dalam bentuk
formulir isian).
4.1.4 Mempraktikkan ucapan tentang tindakan memberi dan meminta informasi
terkait jati diri dan informasi yang relevan, sesuai dengan konteks
penggunaannya

Melalui diskusi, tanyajawab, penugasan, presentasi dan analisis, anda Membedak

dalam bentuk formulir isian lisan dan tulis dengan memberi dan meminta
informasi terkait jati diri, berbagi pengalaman, mengambil teladan, membanggak
an sesuai dengan konteks penggunaannya. Sehingga Anda dapat menghayati dan
mengamalkan ajaran agama yang dianutnya melalui belajar,,mengembangakan si
kap jujur, peduli, dan bertanggung jawab, serta dapat mengembangkan kemampu
an berpikir kritis, komunikasi, kolaborasi, kreativitas (4C).

a. Pengertian Formulir

Formulir: Secarik Kertas yang memiliki ruang untuk diisi dengan data penting
tertentu.

b. Manfaat Formulir
1. Menetapkan tanggungjawab terjadinya transaksi bisnis
2. Merekam data transaksi.
3. Mengurangi kesalahan pesan dibanding dengan cara lisan.
4. Media komunikasi antar orang/bagian/organisasi.

c. Golongan Formulir

d. Prinsip Perancangan Formulir


1. Gunakan tembusan/rangkap dan carbon/carbonless paper
2. Hindari duplikasi data, pada form yang sama atau dengan form lainnya
3. Sederhana dan ringkas
4. Terapkan internal Check agar teliti dan terpercaya untuk menghindari
kesalahan pengisian.
5. Cantumkan Nama & Alamat perusahaan untuk komunikasi dg. Pihak luar.
6. Cantumkan nama & nomor kode form untuk identifikasi.
7. Cantumkan Nomor Urut tercetak form untuk mengontrol pengeluaran form.
8. Cetak garis jika akan ditulis tangan.
9. Cantumkan nomor garis di dua sisi jika form-nya lebar.
10. Rancang pengisian yang efisien, seperti tanda cek/silang, Ya atau Tidak.
11. Rancang urutan logis pengisian dan penempatan blok/kelompok data.

e. Kelebihan Electronic Formulir


1. Persediaan selalu cukup, tidak akan lebih ataupun kurang.
2. Selalu Up to date, mudah diperbaharui.
3. Efisien, jika harus segera diganti tanpa harus menunggu persediaan habis.

5. Cepat dalam pengisiannya, karena kursor berhenti di tempat isian.
6. Praktis, dapat mengkalkulasi otomatis.
7. Tidak ada data ngambang dari pengaruh transfer dari lokasi lain.
8. Lebih terkendali, dengan Password nomor urut otomatis
9. Mudah pengelolaannya, baik dalam perancangan, penggunaan, pengendali
an dan pengarsipan datanya.

e.g
- You should not talk because you are eating right now.
. Tom really should not go out. He has too much homework to

“SHOULD/SHOULDN’T +BE+ V-ING” means that it was the best thing


to do or what somebody is expected
e.g
You should be reading today’s newspaper,because there is
scholarship application. But you are so busy

“SHOULD +HAVE+ PAST PARTICIPLE”....means it was the right thing to


do but we didn’t do it
e.g
You should have received your refund by now
My purse is stolen. I shouldn’t have been careful in such a
crowed place

Mobile Phone

A mobile phone (also known as a wireless phone, or cellular telephone) is a


very small portable radio telephone.

The mobile phone can be used to communicate over long distances without
wires. It works by communicating with a nearby base station (also called a "cell site")
which connects it to the main phone network. As the mobile phone moves around, if
the mobile phone gets too far away from the cell it is connected to, that cell sends a
message to another cell to tell the new cell to take over the call. This is called a "hand
off," and the call continues with the new cell the phone is connected to. The hand-off
is done so well and carefully that the user will usually never even know that the call
was transferred to another cell.
As mobile phones became more popular, they began to cost less money, and
more people could afford them. Monthly plans became available for rates as low as
US$30 or US$40 a month. Cell phones have become so cheap to own that they have
mostly replaced pay phones and phone booths except for urban areas with many
people.

A. Pengertian Report Text dan Contohnya

Report text adalah salah jenis genre of text yang masuk kategori descriptive.
Definisi report text itu sendiri adalah sebuah genre atau jenis teks yang berusaha
menggambarkan sesuatu seperti benda, manusia, tumbuhan, hewan dan lain
sebagainya yang masih sangat umum. Jadi tidak fokus pada satu benda melainkan
semua benda yang masuk dalam satu kategori. Misalnya kita sedang membicarakan
gajah, maka kita akan membahas sifat, bentuk, karakter gajah pada umumnya.

B. Perbedaan Report Text dan Descriptive Text

Cara membedakan report text dan descriptive text yang paling mudah adalah
dengan melihat apakah sesuatu yang digambarkan tersebut umum atau khusus. Jika
sesuatu tersebut adalah umum, maka jenis textnya adalah report. Tetapi jika khusus,
maka jenis textnya adalah descriptive.

Misal, pada penjelasan descriptive text saya memberi contoh tentang Candi
Borobudur. Di dalamnya menjelaskan bagaimana bentuk Candi Borobudur, letaknya
dan kapan dibuatnya. Jadi hanya fokus dan khusus menjelaskan satu objek yang
bernama Candi Borobudur. Lain halnya jika saya menjelaskan tentang Candi. Maka
saya akan menjelaskan bentuk atau model candi pada umumnya seperti apa, kemudian
candi merupakan tempat peribadatan agama apa dan seterusnya. Jadi saya
menjelaskan Candi secara umum, baik itu candi Borobudur, Prambanan, Mendut dan
lain sebagainya, tidak khusus dan fokus.

Selain itu, biasanya report text biasanya menggambarkan sesuatu dengan sudut
pandang ilmiah. Sehingga biasanya akan diikuti dengan penjelasan tentang hasil
penelitian atau observasi terhadap objek yang sedang dibicarakan tersebut.

C. Tujuan Report Text

Tujuan komunikatif Report text adalah untuk menggambarkan tentang sesuatu


secara apa adanya yang merupakan hasil observasi atau penelitian dan analisa secara
sistematis. Intinya text Report berisi fakta-fakta sebuah objek yang bisa dibuktikan
secara ilmiah.

D. Generic Structure Report Text

Susunan umum atau Generic Structure pada umumnya terdiri dari urut-urutan sebagai
berikut:

 General Clasification

Pengantar tentang sesutau atau fenomena yang akan dibahas. (Menyatakan


klasifikasi / gambaran umum tetnang apa yang akan kita gambarkan)

 Description

Tells what the phenomenon under discussion; in terms of parts, qualities,


habits or behaviors. Pada bagian ini menerangkan sesuatu gambaran atau fenomena-
fenomena yang terjadi, baik bagian-bagiannya, sifat-sifatnya, kebiasaannya, ataupun
tingkah lakunya. Intinya adalah penjabaran dari klasifikasi yang disajikan. Atau
Menggambarkan ciri – ciri dari objek yang akan didiskusikan secara detail. Ciri – ciri
dalam hal ini adalah bentuk, bagian – bagian, sifat, perilaku, dll.

General Classification

Komodo dragons have thrived in the harsh climate of Indonesia’s Lesser


Sunda Islands for millions of years, although amazingly, their existence was unknown
to humans until about 100 years ago.

Reaching 10 feet (3 meters) in length and more than 300 pounds (136
kilograms), Komodo dragons are the heaviest lizards on Earth. They have long, flat
heads with rounded snouts, scaly skin, bowed legs, and huge, muscular tails.

Description

As the dominant predators on the handful of islands they inhabit, they will eat
almost anything, including carrion, deer, pigs, smaller dragons, and even large water
buffalo and humans. When hunting, Komodo dragons rely on camouflage and
patience, lying in wait for passing prey. When a victim ambles by, the dragon springs,
using its powerful legs, sharp claws and serrated, shark-like teeth to eviscerate its
prey..

Animals that escape the jaws of a Komodo will only feel lucky briefly. Dragon
saliva teems with over 50 strains of bacteria, and within 24 hours, the stricken
creature usually dies of blood poisoning. Dragons calmly follow an escapee for miles
as the bacteria takes effect, using their keen sense of smell to hone in on the corpse. A
dragon can eat a whopping 80 percent of its body weight in a single feeding.

There is a stable population of about 3,000 to 5,000 Komodo dragons on the


islands of Komodo, Gila Motang, Rinca, and Flores. However, a dearth of egg-laying
females, poaching, human encroachment, and natural disasters has driven the species
to endangered status.

Cats also called the domestic cat or house cat (with its scientific name: Felis
silvestris catus or Felis catus) is a type of carnivorous mammal of the family Felidae.

The word "cat" generally refers to a "cat" that has been tamed, but can also refer to
the "big cats" such as lions and tigers.

Cats are considered as "perfect carnivore" with teeth and particular digestive tract.
The first premolar and molar teeth form a pair of fangs on each side of the mouth that
works effectively as a pair of scissors to tear the meat.

Although these features also exist in the Canidae or dog, but these traits are better
developed in cats.

Unlike other carnivores, cats eat almost non vegetable substance. Bears and dogs
sometimes eat berries, roots, or honey as a supplement, while cats only eat meat,
usually freshly killed prey.

In captivity, cats can not adapt to a vegetarian diet because they can not synthesize all
the amino acids they need from plant material; it is in contrast with domesticated
dogs, which commonly are fed a mixture of meat and vegetables and sometimes it can
adapt to a completely vegetarian meal.

Cats have mingled with human life since at least 6000 BC, from the skeleton of the
cat found on the island of Cyprus.

The ancient Egyptians of 3500 BC have used cats to keep away the rats or other
rodents from the barn where the crops were saved.Currently, the cat is one of the most
popular pet in the world.

Cats that his lines are recorded officially as a cat breeds or pure breed are Persian,
Siamese, Manx, and the sphinx. These kinds of cat are usually bred in official
captivity animal. The number of purebred cat is only 1% of all cats in the world; the
rest is a cat with mixed ancestry such as wild cats or domestic cats.
