TUJUAN / PURPOSE

Peraturan khusus yang mengatur mengenai Satpam, yakni (antara lain) Keputusan Bersama Menteri
Tenaga Kerja dan Kepala Kepolisian RI
Nomor:
1. KEP-275/MEN/1989
2. Pol.KEP/04/V/1989
tentang Pengaturan Jam Kerja, Ship dan Jam Istirahat serta Pembinaan Tenaga Kerja SATPAM tanggal
22 Mei 1989, selanjutnya disebut “SKB”.

Menurut SKB tersebut,


1. jam kerja Satpam (termasuk waktu istirahat) di lingkungan suatu perusahaan atau badan hukum
lainnya (selanjutnya disebut “perusahaan”) ditentukan 3 (tiga) shift, di mana setiap shift bertugas
maksimum 8 (delapan) jam per-hari, termasuk istirahat antar jam kerja (vide pasal 79 ayat [2]
huruf a UU No.13/2003)
2. Dalam kaitan itu, pimpinan (management) perusahaan dapat mengatur jam kerja Satpam
(termasuk waktu istirahatnya) secara bergilir, dengan ketentuan:

Jumlah jam kerja secara akumulatif masing-masing shift tidak boleh lebih dari 40 jam per minggu (vide
pasal 77 ayat [2] UU No. 13/2003); Maka Saya mengajukan;

1. Jam Security shift I; 6;30 sd 15;30


2. Jam Security shift 11; 14;30 sd 22:30
3. Uang makan untuk shift 11: 30.000/hari
4. Sabtu: 6:30 sd selesai
5. Kerja lembur akan diperhitungkan setelah jam 22:30 dengan mengacu;

KEPUTUSAN MENTERI TENAGA KERJA DAN TRANSMIGRASI REPUBLIK INDONESIA NOMOR KEP.
102/MEN/VI/2004 TENTANG WAKTU KERJA LEMBUR DAN UPAH KERJA LEMBUR

1. untuk jam kerja lembur pertama harus dibayar upah sebesar 1,5 (satu setengah) kali upah sejam;
2. untuk setiap jam kerja lembur berikutnya harus dibayar upah sebesar 2(dua) kali upah sejam.

Special regulations governing security guards, namely (among others) Joint Decree of the Minister of
Manpower and Chief of the Indonesian National Police
Number:
1. KEP-275 / MEN / 1989
2. Pol. KEP / 04 / V / 1989
concerning Arrangement of Working Hours, Ship and Break Time and Development of SATPAM Workers
on May 22, 1989, hereinafter referred to as "SKB".

 According to the SKB,


1. Security guard working hours (including rest periods) in the environment of a company or other legal
entity (hereinafter referred to as "company") are determined by 3 (three) shifts, in which each shift has a
maximum of 8 (eight) hours per day, including breaks between working hours (vide article 79 paragraph [2]
letter a of Law No.13 / 2003)
2. In this regard, the management (company) of the company can regulate the security working hours
(including rest periods) in rotation, provided that:

The cumulative working hours for each shift must not exceed 40 hours per week (vide article 77 paragraph
[2] Law No. 13/2003); Then I submit;

1. Security shift I hours; 6; 30 to 15; 30


2. Security shift clock 11; 14; 30 to 22:30
3. Meals for shift 11: 30,000 / day
4. Saturday: 6:30 to finish
5. Overtime work will be calculated after 10:30 p.m. with reference;

DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF MANPOWER AND TRANSMIGRATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF


INDONESIA NUMBER KEP. 102 / MEN / VI / 2004 CONCERNING OVERTIME WORK TIME AND
OVERTIME WORK

1. for the first overtime work must be paid a wage of 1.5 (one half) times an hour's wages;
2. for each hour of overtime work must be paid a wage of 2 (two) times an hour's wages.
