Salah satunya konsentrasi klorofil-a.
konsentrasi klorofil-a kearah tengah teluk hingga luar teluk, sedangkan pada perairan Teluk
Kendari konsentrasi klorofil-a pada perairan teluk kendari meningkat kearah tengah teluk
Abstract: Bay waters as one of the coastal areas which is an area filled with various human
activities, the impact of these activities has experienced many very significant decreases. One
of them is the chlorophyll-a concentration. Chlorophyll-a is one of the parameters used to
detect the population from the fertility level of a water body, where with the large amount of
chlorophyll-a content, it can be ascertained that the distribution of phytoplactones is also
large and greatly determines the continuity of the food chain in an ecosystem. This study
aims to determine the concentration and distribution of chlorophyll-a in Kolono Bay waters
compared to Kendari Bay waters Using sentinel image data 2 of 2019. This research was
carried out by utilizing Sentinel 2 imagery corrected for the atmosphere recording 09
September 2019 in the waters of Kolono Bay usingdata in-situ as many as 16 station points
measured at the time of recording the image. The analytical method used in this study uses
regression analysis with a spatial approach utilizing remote sensing data to obtain thevalue
Surface reflectance used in modeling the distribution of chlorophyll a. on Sentinel 2 imagery
in Kolono bay. The results of the analysis in this study are the Chlorophyll-a algorithm model
with thevalue R² bestin thelinear function equation single band λ4 with the value of R² =
0.6945 the equation y = 19.5729 (λ4) +0.9723. The model algorithm that is formed can be
used to predict the distribution of chlorophyll-a in the waters of Kolono Bay. In this study, for
the waters of Kolono Bay, the distribution of chlorophyll-a was relatively low in the
northwest around the river estuary and the coastal area of Kolono Bay and experienced an
increase in chlorophyll-a concentrations towards the middle of the bay to the outside of the
bay, while in Kendari Bay waters the concentration of chlorophyll-a in the waters Kendari
Bay rises towards the middle of the bay to the outside of the bay and is relatively low towards
the west due to the large amount of solid material input from the river mouth.
