Diet rendah kalori, Turunkan berat badan secara bertahap.

Perbanyak minum air putih 1500-2000 ml/hari, makan makanan yang mengandung banyak serat.
Perbanyak makan buah dan sayuran, menjaga berat badan ideal, berolahraga secara teratur 3-4x/minggu, 30-45 menit,
menghindari faktor resiko (seperti merokok, obesitas). Kontrol & monitor kadar lemak dalam darah.
Dianjurkan diet rendah cholesterol, hindari makanan yang banyak mengandung lemak jenuh, seperti : daging, keju, krim
susu, mentega, kuning telur,otak sapi, telur puyuh, jeroan, dll.
Hentikan kebiasaan merokok.
