Abstract
Stroke merupakan penyakit perdarahan otak yang diakibatkan oleh tersumbatnya aliran darah ke otak atau pecahnya pembuluh darah di otak yang menyebabkan kecacatan
bahkan kematian. Hipertensi merupakan faktor penyebab utama terjadinya stroke. Salah satu terapi non farmakologis untuk penderita post stroke yang mengalami peningkatan
tekanan darah ialah terapi musik klasik yang berfokus pada relaksasi dan penenangan pikiran sehingga dapat menurunkan tekanan darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengetahui pengaruh terapi musik klasik dengan penurunan tekanan darah pada pasien post stroke di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Dinoyo Malang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan
pre eksperimental design, dengan pendekatan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design yang dilakukan terhadap pasien post stroke dengan peningkatan tekanan darah. Sampel dipilih
secara quota sampling kemudian dilakukan pengukuran tekanan darah sebelum dan sesudah diberi terapi musik klasik (n=25). Variable yang diukur yaitu teknik terapi musik klasik
dan penurunan tekanan darah pada pasien post stroke. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi penurunan mean sistole dan diastole secara bertahap pasca intervensi pada
menit pertama, 5, 10 dan 20 hari pertama sampai hari ketujuh (uji T, p<0,05). Secara keseluruhan penurunan tekanan darah sistole dan diastole pre dan post diberi terapi musik
klasik memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan, dimana penurunan pre terapi musik klasik cenderung lebih kecil dari pada post terapi musik klasik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa
terapi musik klasik berpengaruh terhadap penurunan tekanan darah sistole dan diastole. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, disarankan agar terapi musik klasik diaplikasikan dalam
rencana intervensi asuhan keperawatan pada pasien post stroke.

English Abstract
Stroke is a disease of the brain hemorrhage caused by blockage of blood flow to the brain or the rupture of blood vessels in the brain that leads to disablement and even death.
Hypertension is a major causative factor for stroke. One non-pharmacologic therapy for post-stroke patients who experienced blood pressure increase is classical music therapy that
focuses on relaxation and calming the mind so that it can lower blood pressure.This study aims to determine the effect of classical music therapy with blood pressure reduction in
post-stroke patients in Puskesmas Dinoyo Malang. This research uses a pre-experimental design, with the approach of one group pretest-posttest design which was conducted on
post-stroke patients having increased blood pressure.Samples were selected by quota sampling then this is done by measuring blood pressure before and after given classical
music therapy (n = 25). Measured variables are classical music therapy techniques and blood pressure reduction in post-stroke patients. The results showed that there is decreasing
mean systolic and diastolic gradually after the intervention in the first minute, 5, 10 and the first 20 days until the seventh day (t test, p <0.05). Overall, decreasing systolic and
diastolic blood pressure before and after therapy given classical music has a significant difference, where decreasing pre classical music therapy tends to be smaller than the post-
classical music therapy.The conclusion of this study is that classical music therapy has effect on systole and diastole blood pressure reduction. Based on these results, it is
suggested that classical music therapy should be applied in nursing care intervention plans for post-stroke patients.
