Pengertian Resusitasi jantung paru adalah tindakan pertolongan pertama bantuan

hidup dasar untuk mengembalikan fungsi pernapasan dan sirkulasi pada
pasien yang mengalami henti napas atau henti jantung anak

Prosedur Alat :
1. Ambu bag
2. EKG set
2. Stetoskop
3. Oksigen Set
4. Defibrilator
5. Monitor TTV
6. Infus Set

Obat : Adrenalin

Prosedur :
1. Petugas pertama yang menemukan pasien meminta bantuan
petugas lain dan mempersiapkan alat emergency yang dibutuhkan
2. Petugas mengatur posisi pasien lalu melakukan pembebasan jalan
napas (ekstensi kepala, angkat dagu dan mendorong mandibula,
kecuali pada pasien dengan suspek trauma kepala/leher hanya
dilakukan pendorongan mandibula)
3. Lihat, dengar dan raba tanda-tanda pernapasan selama 3-5 detik
● Bila terdapat pernapasan spontan, letakkan pasien dalam
posisi miring mantap untuk mencegah aspirasi
● Bila tidak ada tanda pernapasan, lakukan pemeriksaan nadi
sambil berikan bantuan pernapasan dengan ambubag
 sebanyak 2x pernapasan dalam
4. Segera raba denyut nadi karotis atau femoralis 5-10 detik
● Bila teraba, berikan ventilasi setiap 2-3 detik (20-30 x/menit)
● Bila tidak teraba, segera pasang IV line, berikan adrenalin
0,01 mg/kgBB atau 0,1 ml/kgBB larutan 1:10.000
(pediatrik) tidak melebihi 1 mg, secara intravena dan dapat
diulang setiap 3-5 menit dan lakukan kombinasi bantuan
napas dan pemijatan jantung
5. Pemijatan jantung
● Petugas 2 orang lakukan 15 kompresi 2 oksigenasi
● Kompresi dilakukan dengan menggunakan ibu jari atau dua
jari dari satu tangan, kedalaman 4cm pada bayi dan 5cm
pada anak, pastikan dada recoil sempurna sebelum lanjut
kompresi
6. Petugas memasang EKG
7. Evaluasi pertolongan setiap 5 siklus resusitasi

Medicine : Adrenaline

Procedure:
1. The healthcare staff who finds the patient asks for help from other
healthcare staffs and prepares the necessary emergency equipment
2. The healthcare staff adjusts the patient's position and then releases
the airway (head tilt, chin lift and pushes the mandible, except in
patients with suspected head/neck trauma, only mandibular thrust
is performed)
3. Look, hear and feel for signs of breathing for 3-5 seconds
• If spontaneous breathing is present, place the patient in a steady
tilted position to prevent aspiration
• If there are no signs of breathing, do a pulse check while giving
breathing support with an ambubag for 2 deep breaths
4. Immediately palpate the carotid or femoral pulse for 5-10 seconds
• If palpable, give ventilation every 2-3 seconds
• If not palpable, immediately give IV line access and adrenaline
0,01 mg/kgBB or 0,1 ml/kgBB solution 1:10.000 (pediatric)
max. 1 mg, intravenously and can be repeated every 3-5
minutes and do a combination of rescue breaths and cardiac
 resusitation
5. Cardiac resusitation
• The resuscitation must be 2 people and do 15 compressions 2
oxygenation
• Compressions are performed using the thumb or two fingers of
one hand, a depth of 4 cm in infants and 5 cm in children,
ensure the chest recoils completely before continuing
compressions
6. The healthcare staff installs the EKG
7. Evaluate rescue every 5 resuscitation cycles
