Tujuan Pasien dan keluarga mendapatkan informasi dan memahami tahapan dan
prosedur pelayanan klinis

Prosedur 1. Petugas pendaftaran meminta pasien yang datang untuk mengambil

nomor urut dan meminta pasien untuk menunggu di ruang tunggu
2. Petugas pendaftaran memanggil pasien sesuai nomor urut dan
mendaftarkan pasien
3. Petugas pendaftaran menuliskan nama pasien di buku rekam medis
(bila pasien baru) atau menyiapkan rekam medis bila pasien lama
4. Dokter dan perawat melakukan pemeriksaan kepada pasien
5. Bila diperlukan pasien melakukan pemeriksaan laboratorium
sederhana
6. Berdasarkan pemeriksaan, dokter menentukan diagnosa medis dan
perawat menentukan diagnosa keperawatan prioritas
7. Dokter memberikan terapi atau resep obat dan berkolaborasi dengan
perawat memberikan edukasi kesehatan kepada pasien dan keluarga
8. Dokter atau perawat memberikan obat kepada pasien atau keluarga
dan menjelaskan prosedur mengkonsumsinya.
9. Jika kondisi pasien membutuhkan fasilitas khusus atau tidak dapat
ditangani di Klinik, dokter akan menyiapkan resume medis dan
merujuk pasien
Procedure
1. The registration officer asks the patient to take the number and asks
the patient to wait in the waiting room
2. The registration officer calls the patient according to the number
and registers the patient
3. The registration officer writes the patient’s name in medical record
book (if the patient new) or prepares the old medical record
4. Doctor and nurse shall examine the patient. The patient perform
laboratory test if needed.
5. Based on the examination, the doctor determines the diagnosis and
 the nurse determines the priority in nursing
6. Doctor provides therapy or drug prescriptions and collaborate with
nurses to provide health education to the patients and their families
7. The pharmacist dispenses medicine to the patient and axplains the
procedure for taking the medicine
8. If the patient’s condition can not be treated in the clinic, the doctor
will prepare a medical resume and refer the patient out
