Tujuan Sebagai acuan dalam menertibkan urutan pelayanan dan memudahkan

mendapatkan informasi rekam medis bagi seluruh fasilitas pelayanan

Purpose As a reference in controlling the order of services and ease of obtaining

medical records information for all service facilities

Prosedur 1. Petugas pendaftaran meminta pasien yang datang untuk mengambil

nomor urut dan meminta pasien untuk menunggu di ruang tunggu.
2. Petugas pendaftaran memanggil pasien sesuai nomor urut dan
mendaftarkan pasien
3. Petugas pendaftaran menuliskan nama pasien di buku rekam medis
dan buku register
4. Pasien dibuatkan kartu kontrol dan kartu status pasien
5. Dokter atau perawat menanyakan keluhan pasien
6. Dokter atau perawat melakukan pemeriksaan kepada pasien
7. Dokter atau perawat menuliskan hasil pengkajian pasien di buku
status
8. Kartu status akan disimpan kembali sesuai dengan nomor index

Procedure 1. The registration officer asked the patient to take the serial number
and the patient to wait in the waiting room.
2. The registration officer calls the patient according to the serial
number and registers the patient
3. The registration officer writes the patient's name in the medical
record book and register book or in the electronic medical record
4. The registration officer make a control cards and patient status
cards
5. The doctor or nurse asks the patient's complaint
6. The doctor or nurse examines the patient
7. The doctor or nurse writes the results of the patient's assessment in
the status book
8. The status card will be re-saved according to the index number
