Menurut Mark L. Kanpp (1972),
terdapat 5 fungsi komunikasi
non-verbal yaitu :

Fungsi ini dimaksudkan untuk mengulangi maksud dari komuni-
kasi verbal.
Contohnya menganggukkan kepala ketika berkata "iya" dan meng-
gelengkan kepala ketika berkata "tidak"

Substitusi Kontradiksi Aksentuasi Komplemen
