lingkungan sosial, kultur, perceived of enjoyment, payment habit, pada generasi milenial
lingkungan sosial, kultur, Perceived of enjoyment, payment habit dan keputusan
menggunakan terukur dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa
pengaruh literasi fintech dengan mediating perceived of enjoyment berpengaruh dengan
tingkat signifikansi paling tinggi terhadap payment habit. Payment habit berpengaruh
moderasi.

ABSTRACT

This research was conducted on the phenomenon of the increasing use of

electronic money, but the distribution of electronic money users is still not balanced and
optimal, where the most prominent users are in the millennial generation group. The
research model synthesizes previous research literature using bibliometric analysis and
systematic literature review. The goal to be achieved is the interrelationships between
fintech literacy, social environment, culture, perceived enjoyment, payment habits in the
millennial and senior generations in Indonesia towards the decision to use electronic
money. This study uses server-based electronic money as the unit of analysis with a
purposive sampling technique where 384 respondents are in the millennial category,
and 100 respondents are in the senior category. This research is verification research
with survey explanation and descriptive and inferential analysis techniques. Data
analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM) through LISREL 8.7 software. This
study found that integrating the TAM, DOI,UTAUT, and IRT models was very good and
strong and explained the decision to use by 82% of millennials and 78% of seniors. The
results of the descriptive analysis show that the variables of fintech literacy, social
environment, culture, perceived enjoyment, payment habit, and decision to use are
measured in the high category. The hypothesis test results show that the influence of
fintech literacy with mediating perceived enjoyment has the highest level of significance
on payment habits. Payment habits have a highly significant effect on decisions to use
in the millennial and senior categories. The novelty of this study resulted in a new
model of payment technology adoption by looking at the driving and inhibiting factors
with age as a moderating variable.
