 MANIFESTASI KLINIS
ANAMNESIS
● Penurunan pendengaran
● Gema suara sendiri yang terdengar lebih keras
● Telinga terasa penuh berbunyi “grebeg-grebeg”
● Telinga berdenging
● Tidak ada nyeri
OTOSKOPI
● MT intak
● MT warna kekuningan, berubah kecokelatan jika kronik
● MT dapat mengalami retraksi maupun bulging
● Dapat terlihat “air fluid level” atau “air bubbles”
● Mobilitas MT berkurang
● Refleks cahaya dapat menurun atau hilang

 DIAGNOSIS
● Anamnesis

● Pemeriksaan fisik
- Otoskopi: MT intak, air fluid level, air bubbles
- Garputala: Tuli konduktif

● Pemeriksaan penunjang
- Audiometri: CHL, dapat ditemukan SNHL jika
cairan menyebabkan penekanan pada
membran round window
- Timpanometri: Tipe B atau C
- X-ray mastoid: Clouding of air cells
