Sejak 2 bulan yang lalu Tn. Dirly, 35 tahun sering marah-marah dirumah pada istri dan

anaknya, hingga membanting barang-barang, serta menuduh istrinya ingin meracuninya. Saat ini ia

pun sering tidak mau mandi dan berganti pakaian dan sudah tidak mau lagi pergi ke pasar, tempat

selama ini ia berjualan, karena menurutnya ada orang-orang jahat yang ingin membunuhnya.

Sejak satu tahun terakhir ini, istrinya sering memergokinya tengah bicara sendiri di kamar,

dan belakangan ini semakin sering. Sebelumnya Tn.Dirly memang sering berprasangka buruk terhadap

orang lain dan mudah curiga, namun tidak pernah sampai menuduh istrinya sendiri ingin

membunuhnya, ia juga orang yang suka menyendiri. Tidak ada keluarga menderita penyakit serupa.

Dari hasil pemeriksaan psikiatri di dapatkan : tought of echo, waham

kejar, halusinasi auditorial. Apa yang terjadi pada Tn. Dirly, bagaimana hal itu

bisa terjadi dan bagaimana mengatasinya?

1. Tought of echo :
Isi pikiran dirinya sendiri yang berulang atau bergema dalam
kepalanya (tidak keras) dan isi pikiran ulangan

2. Waham Kejar :
Keyakinan dirinya di kejar-kejar dan selalu diikuti orang lain.

3. Halusinasi Auditorik :
Halusinasi pada pendengaran seseorang denan mendengarkan
sesuatu yang tidak nyata dan dapat berasal dari dalam atau
luar pikiran
