PEMERIKSAAN
Pemeriksaan fisik adalah pemeriksaan yang lengkap dari
penderita untuk mengetahui keadaan atau kelainan dari
penderitaan. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana
kesehatan umum ibu (bila keadaan umumnya baik agar di
pertahankan jangan sampai daya tahan tubuh menurun), untuk
mengetahui adanya kelainan, bila ada kelainan, kelainan itu lekas
diobati dan disembuhkan agar tidak menganggu.
 PRINSIP DASAR
PEMERIKSAAN FISIK
Tujuan umum pemeriksaan fisik adalah
untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai
status kesehatan pasien. Tujuan definitif
pemeriksaan fisik adalah untuk
mengidentifikasi status “normal” dan
kemudian mengetahui adanya variasi
dari keadaan normal tersebut dengan
cara memvalidasi keluhan-keluhan dan
gejala-gejala pasien, penapisan/skrining
keadaan welbeing pasien, dan
pemantauan masalah
kesehatan/penyakit pasien saat ini.
