Kurva amplifikasi DNA. Garis hijau adalah threshold, garis biru adalah produk
DNA gen target (sampel), garis ungu menunjukkan produk DNA gen kontrol
(GAPDH) dan garis merah adalah no template control (NTC).
 Kurva leleh DNA. Garis biru adalah produk DNA gen target (RAGE), garis
ungu menunjukkan produk DNA gen kontrol (GAPDH) dan garis merah adalah
no template control (NTC).
 Kurva leleh peak DNA. Produk DNA gen target (RAGE) terdeteksi pada suhu
78°C (biru), produk DNA gen kontrol (GAPDH) pada suhu 87°C (ungu) dan garis
merah adalah no template control (NTC).
