 1. MEMBUAT PERSONAL STATEMENT
• Konten meliputi:
• Motivasi dan alasan (clearly and concisely)
• Relevant experience/skills, including research training and academic publications.
• Professional and academic experience
• Future professional and academic development
 2. MEMBUAT RESEARCH PROPOSAL
• The degree of originality in the topic chosen.
• The clarity of the formulation of the problem.
• The relevance of the data collected to the problem.
• The appropriateness of the methodology to the problem.
• The strength of the rationale for the chosen methodology.
• The skill entailed in the use of the chosen methodology.
• The critical qualities brought to the literature review.
• The quality of the dissertation as a piece of academic writing.
• The cogency of the thesis.
 3. MENDAPATKAN SUPERVISOR
 Dapatkan informasi lengkap mengenai supervisor yang akan dihubungi, terutama
publikasi mereka dan pastikan sudah anda baca.
 Lihat area riset/expertise (Apakah sesuai dengan research plan anda?)
 Pastikan Anda sudah memiliki research plan/proposal, personal statement, CV untuk
memudahkan calon supervisor mengenali anda.
 Hubungi via e-mail. Ketika menghubungi, perkenalkan diri anda, tujuan menghubungi
beliau, sampaikan reseach plan anda dan sebutkan keterkaitan/kesamaan topik riset anda
dengan riset atau publikasi mereka.
 CARA MENDAPATKAN BEASISWA
• Tentukan penyedia beasiswa (

Fullbright, Erasmus, DAAD, Chevening, Australia Awards, Eiffel, Gates Cambridge, Netherlands
Fellowship Programmes (NFP), Monbukagakusho, Endeavour Scholarship, LPDP.
Persyaratan dan Dokumen:
 Perhatikan tanggal/waktu: pendaftaran, pemberkasan, seleksi.
Untuk seleksi pemberkasan/administratif:
 Dahulukan berkas yang rumit (untuk LPDP ada 20-21 berkas, sesuai format LPDP, misal
keterangan domisili, rekomendasi atasan/dosen pembimbing akademik, SKCK, bebas narkoba dan
TBC, dll.)
 Siapkan berkas Utama (asli harus dibawa dan diperlihatkan pada sesi seleksi selanjutnya)
 MENDAPATKAN BEASISWA
