METODE PENELITIAN
Penelitian dilaksanakan di PT Mandiri Jogja Internasional.
Subjek penelitian adalah pekerja proses produksi kulit di
divisi pemotongan yang terdiri atas 20 (dua puluh) orang
pekerja laki-laki. Objek penelitian adalah postur kerja yang
dinilai metode RULA. Keluhan ekstremis atas dan faktor-
faktor lain yang mempengaruhi UEWMSDs dicatat dengan
Sympton Questionnaire, serta pengukuran antropometri
tubuh. Kondisi lingkungan kerja dicatat.

Rekapitulasi Data Pekerja di Divisi Pemotongan
penelitian untuk mengukur postur kerja divisi
produksi kulit mereka. Kamera digital digunakan No Variabel Rerata Simpang Baku Rentanga

Menurut Tarwaka (2015), usia optimal untuk bekerja adalah 25 tahun karena puncak
kapasitas fisik pada usia tersebut. Berat badan dan tinggi badan pekerja ditemukan
berkisar antara 60-90 kg dan 150-180 cm. Rata-rata indeks massa tubuh (BMI) pekerja
ditemukan sebesar 21,35 yang menandakan bahwa pekerja dalam keadaan sehat dan
mampu bekerja secara optimal. Selain itu, tingkat pendidikan pekerja berkisar dari SD
hingga SMA, dan 60% pekerja sudah menikah. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pekerja
tidak memerlukan keterampilan khusus untuk pekerjaan itu.
