guru dengan pengelolaan kelas di MTs. Nurul Yaqin
Teniga Tahun 2023.

pembelajaran dan memberikan bimbingan terhadap peserta didik dalam belajar untuk
membentuk perubahan-perubahan dalam organisasi kelas, sehingga setiap individu mau
bekerja sama dalam pengembangan kontrol diri mereka sendiri

penelitian kuantitatif.
● variabel X yaitu tingkat Pendidikan guru baik pendidikan formal variabel Y yaitu
kemampuan guru mengelola kelas
● Sedangkan untuk menganalisis pengaruh masing-masing variabel menggunakan teknik
analisis regresi linear sederhana.

Deskrpisi variabel bebas (X) tingkat pendidikan

Data tentang tingkat pendidikan yang diperoleh dari hasil
angket yang telah disebar peneliti kepada semua guru
yang ada di MTs. Nurul Yaqin Teniga Tahun 2023
masing-masing pertanyaan diukur dengan skor 1 sampai
4 sehingg skor tertinggi 40 dan skor terendah 10dan
untuk total jumlah perolehan yaitu dengan mengalikan
skor perolehan dibagi dengan skor tertinggi (40)
kemudian dikalikan 100, maka hasil itulah menjadi total
jumlah perolehan

Merumuskan Hipotesis Nihil (Ho) Tingkat pendidikan guru berpengaruh terhadap pengelolaan
kelas di MTs. Nurul Yaqin Teniga Tahun 2023

pengelolaan kelas di MTs. Nurul Yaqin Teniga Tahun 2023.
Rekapitulasi Hasil Nilai Angket Tingkat Pendidikan Guru
Pembahasan
hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis alternatif (Ha)
diterima dan sebaliknya hipotesis nol (H0) yang diajukan
ditolak, artinya hasil penelitian ini adalah signifikan yakni
tingkat pendidikan guru berpengaruh terhadap pengelolaan
kelas di MTs. Nurul Yaqin Teniga Tahun 2023, hal ini bisa
dilihat dari nila t hitung lebih besar dari dari nila t tabel yakni
6,028 > 0,497. dan ini yang menjadi faktor yang
mempengaruhi kemampuan
pengelolaan kelas yang baik,
disamping itu juga adanya faktor
Sudah sesuai UU RI No.14 Tahun 2005
pengalaman mengajar yang rata-
rata sudah mengajar 5 tahun
bahkan ada yang hampir 20 tahun.
Tingkat pendidikan guru yang ada di MTs.
Nurul Yaqin Teniga semuanya sudah
memiliki kualifikasi akadamik yang
dipersyaratkan yaitu rata-rata sudah
Sarajana (S1)
Kesimpulan
.Tingkat pendidikan tingkat pendidikan guru berpengaruh terhadap
pengelolaan kelas di MTs. Nurul Yaqin Teniga Tahun 2023, hal ini bisa
dilihat dari nila t hitung lebih besar dari dari nila t tabel yakni 6,028 >
0,497.

.
Pengelolaan kelas di MTs. Nurul Yaqin Teniga, dipengaruhi oleh tingkat
pendidikan guru yang rata-rata sudah memiliki kualifikasi ijazah sarjana
(S1). Pengelolaan kelas juga disamping dipengaruhi oleh tingkat
pendidikan guru juga dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman mengajar yang
cukup lama di sekolah itu sendiri.
SARAN
1 .Kepala Sekolah mampu memberikan perhatian dalam rangka meningkatkan
kompetensi guru agar kemampuan dalam mengelola kelas
lebih ditingkatkan lagi

2.Kepada Guru senantiasa untuk selalu meningkatkan kemampuannya

dalam mendidik anak serta lebih kreatif dan inovatif
sehingga tercipta proses sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.

3.Orang tua meluangkan waktunya untuk mengontrol dan membimbing

anak-anaknya terutama dilingkungan rumah sebagai lanjutan
dari pendidikan yang diperoleh di sekolahnya.

4. Peneliti Lain dapat mengembangkan penelitian ini dengan memperluas

pembahasan maupun jangkauannya sehingga penelitian ini
lebih bermanfaat.
