 PENGERTIAN DAN TUJUAN PKL
PKL (PRAKTEK KERJA LAPANGAN) ADALAH :
kegiatan pendidikan, pelatihan, dan pembelajaran bagi siswa SMK
(Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan) yang dilakukan di dunia usaha atau
dunia industri yang berkaitan dengan kompetensi siswa sesuai bidang
yang digelutinya.

TUJUAN PKL (PRAKTEK KERJA LAPANGAN ADALAH) :

untuk melatih siswa untuk berkomunikasi atau berinteraksi secara
profesional di dunia kerja yang sebenarnya. Sehingga tidak merasa
takut atau canggung lagi berkomunikasi secara profesional. Tujuan
kegiatan PKL adalah untuk membentuk etos kerja yang baik bagi siswa-
siswi prakerin.
SEJARAH PERUSAHAAN
Didirikan pada 22 Oktober 1981
oleh Dr. (HC) Ir. Ciputra dengan
nama PT Citra Habitat Indonesia,
Dan sekarang namanya menjadi PT
Ciputra Development Tbk,
Perseroan telah mengembangkan
lebih dari 76 proyek, mulai dari
kawasan perumahan, apartemen,
perkantoran, pusat perbelanjaan,
rumah sakit, hingga lapangan golf,
yang tersebar di 33 kota di seluruh
Indonesia.
 PEKERJAAN YANG DI LAKUKAN
SELAMA PRAKERIN DI UC
APARTMENT CIPUTRA

Selama prakerin di UC Apartment saya telah mempelajari

bagaimana tentang Cara pemeliharaan dan perbaikan peralatan
gedung bertingkat
( TEKNISI / ENNGINERING) , Kegiatan sehari hari yang saya lakukan
salah satunya adalah Cek list / pengecekan ruang peralatan
gedung bertingkat antara lain ruang genset,trafo,pompa,panel lift
dan lain lain) dan melakukan perbaikan jika ada alat atau barang
yang mengalami kerusakan
untuk cek list di laksanakan setiap hari , dan warming up
genset ( 1 minggu sekali saat senin) , jam kerja mulai pukul 7 pagi
sampai 3 sore.

 AC (Air conditioner)
A . PENGERTIAN Air conditioner (AC) adalah
mesin yang dibuat untuk
menstabilkan suhu dan
kelembapan udara di suatu
ruangan. Alat ini digunakan
untuk mendinginkan atau
memanaskan, tergantung
kebutuhan. Namun, AC sering
disebut sebagai pendingin
udara karena lebih banyak
digunakan untuk menyejukkan
ruangan.
 B . BAGIAN BAGIAN
AC
KOMPONEN UTAMA :
1.) KOMPRESOR : sebagai pusat sirkulasi refrigerant/freon keseluruh bagian AC.
2.) KONDENSOR : sebagai penukar kalo, menurunkan temperatur refrigerant, dan
merubah wujud refrigerant dari gas menjadi cair.
3.) PIPA KAPILER : menurunkan tekanan dan mengatur aliran refrigerant (freon) menuju
evaporator.
4.) EVAPORATOR : sebagai penukar panas.
5.) REFRIGERANT(FREON) : suatu jenis zat yang sangat mudah di ubah wujudnya dari gas
menjadi wujud cair dan sebaliknya.

KOMPONEN PENDUKUNG :

1.) STRAINER (FILTER) : sebagai penyaring kotoran yang terbawa oleh

Refrigerant saat
bersirkulasi.
2.) ACCUMULATOR : Bekerja mengatur sirkulasi bahan refrigerant agar bisa
keluar masuk
melalui saluran yang terdapat pada bagian atas accumulator
menuju
saluran hisap kompresor.
3.) BLOWER INDOOR DAN OUTDOOR : mensirkulasi udara.
4.) OIL KOMPRESOR : sebagai minyak pelumas yang berfungsi untuk menghindari
keausan pada bagian kompresor yang bergesekan.

KOMPONEN KELISTRIKAN AC :

1.) PCB KONTROL : Bekerja sebagai pengatur dan pengontrol keseluruhan kerja
unit AC.
2.) TERMISTOR : Alat pengatur temperatur ,Letaknya terdapat pada bagian
evaporator.
3.) KAPASITOR : Sebagai penyimpan muatan listrik sementara.
4.) OVERLOAD : Sebagai pengaman motor listrik kompresor ketika kompresor
tidak
bekerja dengan normal.
5.) MOTOR LISTRIK : Sebagai penggerak daun kipas outdoor maupun indoor.

 C.CARA MENCUCUCI AC
(PERAWATAN)
Untuk perawatannya, AC harus di cuci jika sudah terlihat kotor
Biasanya bagian yang kotor adalah bagian sirip sirip evaporator
Dan filternya ,untuk mencucinya menggunakan alat yang namanya
JET PUMP , untuk langkahnya sebagai berikut :
1.) Siapkan alat alat yang di perlukan (Jet pump,plastik wadah air
kotor,lap,obeng dll).
2.) Bongkar Cover indoor AC menggunakan obeng,lepas bautnya.
3.) Lepas filter AC.
4.) Pasang plastik wadah air kotor pada bagian bawah indoor AC.
5.) Nyalakan jet pump dan mulai semprot pada bagian yang terlihat
kotor, untuk bagian sirip evaporator semprot secara naik turun dan
Agak menyilang mengikuti rongga sirip supaya siripnya tidak rusak.
6.) Lakukan hal yang sama pada outdoor AC.
7.) Bersihkan filter indoor AC supaya debu yang menempel hilang.
8.) Keringkan dengan lap pada bagian yang basah,lalu pasang filter AC dan covernya kembali.

ALARM
A . PENGERTIAN Fire alarm system adalah suatu sistem
terintegrasi yang didesain dan
dibangun untuk mendeteksi adanya
gejala kebakaran, untuk kemudian
memberi peringatan (warning) dan
ditindak lanjuti secara otomatis
maupun manual dengan sistem
.pemadam kebakaran
 B . BAGIAN/KOMPINEN FIRE
ALARM
PERANGKAT INISIASI :

1.) PULL STATION : Perangkat yang di operasikan secara manual yang dapat mengirim
sinyal alarm ketika seseorang menarik pegangannya.
2.) DUCT DETECTORS : Detektor asap yang di pasang di AC dan saluran pemanas.
3.) SMOKE DETECTORS : Perangkat yang dapat mengirim sinyal alarm saat ada asap yang
terdeteksi.
4.) HEAT DETECTORS : Alat pendeteksi kebakaran yang di lengkapi dengan sensor panas.
5.) BEAM DETECTORS : Alat pendeteksi kebakaran yang menggunakan cahaya

6.) AIR SAMPLING SMOKE DETECTORS : sistem yang aktif sehingga tidak memerlukan energi dari api
akibat kebakaran untuk mendorong asap masuk ke dalam
lubang sampel.
7.) WATER FLOW WTICHES : Pompa air otomatis yang menggunakan sensor yang di kontrol oleh
magnet yang bergerak.
8.) TAMPER SWITCHES : Perangkat penggerak pengawasan yang beroperasi jika seseorang
menggerakkan katupnya.
PERANGKAT PEMBERITAHUAN :
1.) PERANGKAT AUDIBLE : Perangkat suara seperti sirine,lonceng,klakson.
2.) STROBO / KLAKSON : Perangkat yang fungsinya mengirim pemberitahuan dengan menyalakan
lampu dan membunyikan sirine untuk memperingatkan orang agar
merespon

 SAYA PERBAIKI SELAMA
PRAKERIN
Selama prakerin di UC APARTMENT saya pernah ikut membantu
pembimbing memperbaiki trouble FALSE ALARM (ALARM PALSU).
Waktu itu penyebabnya karena kabel ground dalam JUNCTION BOX
FIRE ALARM terlepas dan hampir putus.
BERIKUT LANGKAH LANGKAH MEMPERBAIKINYA :
1.) Siapkan alat yang di perlukan (Tespen,Obeng,kuas/sikat gigi dan
kabel penganti (jika di perlukan) dll.
2.) Matikan aliran listrik yang masuk ke dalam JBFA agar saat
melakukan perbaikan tidak tersengat (cekmenggunakan tespen).
3.) Buka JBFA lalu bersihkan part dan modul yang kotor (bersihkan
secara perlahan agar tidak merusak part di dalamnya (bila perlu).
4.) Sambungkan kembali kabel ground ke terminal blok yang ada di
dalam JBFA memakai obeng ,jika tadi kabel hampir putus cari
tambahan kabel ground supaya panjangnya bisa sampai ke
terminal blok agar bisa di sambungkan.
 KESIMPUL
AN
Selama prakerin kurang lebih 4 bulan di UC APARTMENT sebagai teknisi atau
engineering, saya banyak mendapat banyak pengalaman kerja dan saya menjadi
tau bagaimana cara melakukan atau perawatan alat alat dan peralatan gedung
bertingkat.

Serta dapat memahami bagaimana cara melakukan perawatan AC dan

memperbaiki FIRE ALARM yang mengalami trouble seperti materi yang saya
sampaikan

saya prakerin, terima kasih juga buat para pembimbing saya selama melakukan
prakerin atas ilmu yang di berikan , Semoga UC APARTMENT semakn maju
