Channel dari produk usaha Grand Coco Village yaitu secara
offline dan online. Secara offline yaitu melalui workshop dan
seminar. Secara online yaitu social media marketing melalui
Facebook dan Instagram.
Perusahaan juga akan meningkatkan produktivitas
penggunaan media sosialnya agar informasi yang diterimanya
lebih baik. Saluran Youtube ditambahkan agar perusahaan
dapat menjelaskan produk dan layanannya atau produknya
melalui saluran Youtube seiring dengan meningkatnya minat
pelanggan. Kemudian, iklan online lainnya dibuat untuk
meningkatkan visibilitas produk dan layanan perusahaan, dan
akhirnya Grand Coco Village menjadi terkenal.
