Cara Membuat Sambal Hijau Pedas


Bersihkan cabai, potong kasar, kemudian memarkan. Bawang merah ditumbuk kasar. Tomat dipotong kecil-kecil lalu ditumbuk kasar. Siapkan wajan lalu tumis bawang merah sampai harum. Masukkan cabai dan tomat. Tambahkan garam, gula, asam kandis, dan terasi sesuai selera. Masukkan air kaldu dan masak terus sampai air kaldu mengering. Angkat dan sajikan.
