Proyek Depo kereta cipinang merupakan proyek pembangunan strategis yang dilakukan

oleh PT.KAI. Pada proyek ini telah menghabiskan kurang lebih 40 Milliar . Proyek pembangunan
depo kereta ini di mulai pada pertengahan 2016 dengan penyedia Jasa yaitu PT NINDYA KARYA
yang di tunjuk oleh PT KAI sebagai penyedia jasa pembangunan. Pada proyek ini terdapat
gedung kantor dan hall atau depo untuk kereta api jabodetabek. Pada awalnya tempat ini
merupakan tempat kereta ternak, seiring berjalannya waktu akhirnya PT KAI membuat Depo
kereta karena sudah padatnya depo yang ada di jabodetabek.

Tahapan proyek pembangunan ini pada awalnya harus melalui beberapa pengujian yaitu
pengujian tanah dan kelayakan. Pada depo cipinang terdapat rel kereta dengan panjang 1,2 KM
dengan beberapa jalur pada depo dan Hall terdapat 4 jalur kereta, pada depo ini digunakan
untuk perbaikan dan perawatan kereta. Konstruksi depo kereta ini seperti bangunan pabrik
pada umumnya dengan penutup dari bahan baja ringan dan dinding beserta kolom nya.
Konstruksi Proyek depo kereta ini sangat sederhana. karena hanya membangun gedung kantor
3 lantai, depo, dan rel kereta. Untuk office proyek terletak pada ujung rel kereta yang berada
dekat dengan kantor polisi. Proyek depo kereta ini sedikit melebihi waktu dari target yang di
tentukan karena dari berbagai hal. Dari hasil wawancara kita dengan direksi proyek depo kereta
ini mengatakan ada beberapa hal yang menghambat dari target proyek terlebih permasalahan
pada pihak PT KAI dengan PT NINDYA KARYA sebagai penyedia jasa, namun akhirnya dapat
terselesaikan. Dan pada bulan maret depo kereta ini dapat digunakan.

Pada pengadaan bahan dan design serta penempatan sepenuhnya di kendalikan oleh PT
NINDYA KARYA dengan kementerian perhubungan . Dalam Site Manager mengatur seluruhnya
dimulai dari perencanaan, Jadwal, design, manajemen konstruksi atau estimasi biaya, hingga
konstruksi dimulai.

results of our interview with the directors of this train depot project, there are some things that
hinder the project target, especially the problems on the part of PT KAI with PT NINDYA KARYA
as a service provider, but finally can be resolved. And in March this train depot can be used.

On procurement of materials and design and placement fully controlled by PT NINDYA KARYA
with the ministry of transportation. In Site Manager set up entirely starting from planning,
schedule, design, construction management or cost estimation, until construction begins.

Summary :
1. That the site enggineering manager has an important role in the construction project,
which is as planner such as schedule, implementation and others. because in that part is
vital on a project that can manage the course of a project.
2. Site enggineering manager is a high position because it is under the direct shade of the
project head, which can and does not run a project.
3. that the project should pay attention to sub-jobs, as it will affect the performance and
role of roles in other sub-jobs up to the stage of the workers who are the implementers
of development.
