Kepada semua Armada,

Prosedur Pengambilan sampel minyak pelumas dan analisis

Perusahan memiliki kontrak dengan pemasok oli pelumas yang disetujui untuk melakukan pemeriksaan
minyak pelumas.
Analisa minyak pelumas kapal bertujuan untuk membantu dan mencegah kerusakan peralatan.
Sampel minyak pelumas harus dikirimkan oleh kapal ke perusahaan di Jakarta dengan interval waktu
yang tercantum di bawah ini.
1. Auxiliary Engine Port side setiap 3 bulan
2. Auxiliary Engine Stbd side setiap 3 bulan
3. Azimuth Port side hydraulic gear setiap 3 bulan
4. Azimuth Stbd side hydraulic gear setiap 3 bulan
5. Azimuth Port side hydraulic setiap 3 bulan
6. Azimuth Stbd side hydraulic setiap 3 bulan
7.Main Engine Port setiap 3 bulan
8. Main Engine Stbd setiap 3 bulan
Prosedur Pengambilan Sampel minyak pelumas
1.Pengambilan sampel minyak pelumas harus selalu dilakukan dari tempat yang sama dan periode yang
sama.
2. Unit dijalankan selama beberapa menit memastikan sirkulasi oli sudah berjalan dengan baik.
3. Buka katup pada titik sampel.
4. Ambil sample oli sekitar 100 ml, jangan biarkan ada yang kotor masuk ke dalam botol atau tutup botol.
5. Tutup botol sampel dengan dan pastikan tidak ada kebocoran.
6.Beri label keterangan nama kapal dan peralatannya

Lub Oil Sampling and Analysis procedure

The company has contracts with approved lubricating oil suppliers to carry out lubricating oil inspections.
Ship lubricating oil analysis aims to help and prevent equipment damage.
Lubricating oil samples must be sent by ship to the company in Jakarta at the time intervals listed below.

1. Auxiliary Engine Port side every 3 months

2. Auxiliary Engine Stbd side every 3 months
3. Azimuth Port side hydraulic gear every 3 months
4. Azimuth Stbd side hydraulic gear every 3 months
5. Azimuth Port side hydraulic every 3 months
6. Azimuth Stbd side hydraulic every 3 months
7.Main Engine Port every 3 months
8. Main Engine Stbd every 3 months

Lubricating oil sampling procedure

1. Lubricating oil sampling must always be carried out from the same place and the same period.
2. The unit is run for several minutes to ensure that the oil circulation is running properly.
3. Open the valve at the sample point.
4. Take about 100 ml of oil sample, do not let dirty things get into the bottle or bottle cap.
5. Closed, valve sample point, make sure the cap is correct, no leakage.
6. Label the name of the ship and its equipment
