ABSTRAC
This study aims to determine the feasibility of interactive learning media using
macromedia flash 8 on nerve system material for class XI SMA. This research type is
development research by using ADDIE model (analysis, design, development,
implementation and evaluation) and data in this research is quantitative data and
qualitative data. The sample used consisted of 2 groups: small group and large group.
The instrument used is a questionnaire. The result of the research is a product of
learning media of nervous system, product packed in CD (Compact disc). Data from
expert material validation results obtained a score of 81.25% with very good category
and expert media validation results obtained a score of 95% with very good category.
Media validation results are then revised according to the expert team's suggestion. Trial
conducted in SMA Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi, the response of biology subject teachers
obtained a score of 86.66% very good category, small group testing involving 6 students
obtained a score of 96.38% very good category next to a large group trial involving 30
students obtained a score of 88.77% are in very good category. Based on the research
results can be concluded that interactive learning media is feasible to be used in biology
learning process both in school and self-learning.
