B. Tujuan :
D. Prosedur :
1) Sediakan tabung reaksi untuk uji amilum, glukosa, protein dan lemak
2) Hancurkan bahan makanan yang akan diuji dengan menggunakan mortar, kemudian
beri sedikit air supaya berbentuk larutan.
3) Isilah tabung reaksi masing-masing dengan larutan bahan makanan kira-kira
setinggi 1 cm (3 tetes)
4) Ujilah masing-masing bahan makanan dengan menggunakan indikator berikut ini :
