Hasil perencanaan jalan Ds. Sobo-Ds. Munjungan STA
14+400 s/d 28+764,35 didapat alinemen geometrik dengan lebar
jalan 7 meter dan bahu jalan 1,5 meter. Ruas ini membutuhkan
lapis perkerasan AC-WC sebesar 40mm, AC Binder sebesar 60
mm, AC Base sebesar 80 mm, dan LPA sebesar 300 mm.
Perencanaan saluran tepi (drainase) berbentuk trapesium
menggunakan bahan dari tanah asli. Saluran tepi menggunakan
lebar dasar saluran sebesar 0,2 s/d 1,5 meter dan tinggi saluran
0,52 s/d 2,37 meter. Total estimasi biaya adalah Rp
124.776.278.000 (Terbilang: seratus dua puluh empat milyar
tujuh ratus tujuh puluh enam juta dua ratus tujuh puluh delapan
ribu rupiah).

PENDAHULUAN

1.5 Manfaaat
Manfaat yang dapat diambil dari penyusunan tugas akhir ini
adalah :
1. Dapat menghitung jumlah kendaraan yang beralih
menggunakan ruas jalan Ds. Sobo – Ds. Munjungan dan
yang tetap menggunakan jalan lama (trip assignment).
2. Dapat merencanakan trase jalan yang paling efektif
untuk ruas jalan Desa Sobo – Desa Munjungan.
3. Dapat merencanakan dan menghitung alinemen
horizontal dan vertikal untuk ruas jalan Desa Sobo –
Desa Munjungan.
4. Dapat menghitung dan merencanakan perkerasan jalan
dengan flexible pavement untuk ruas jalan Desa Sobo –
Desa Munjungan.
5. Dapat menghitung ukuran saluran tepi jalan yang
dibutuhkan untuk ruas jalan Desa Sobo – Desa
Munjungan.
6. Dapat menghitung volume galian dan timbunan yang
dihasilkan dari perencanaan.
7. Dapat menghitung analisa biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk
pembuatan jalan pada ruas jalan Ds. Sobo – Ds.
Munjungan.

3. Kecepatan rencana
Kecepatan rencana adalah kecepatan yang dipilih
sebagai dasar perencanaan geometrik jalan yang
memungkinkan kendaraan-kendaraan bergerak dengan
aman dan nyaman dalam kondisi cuaca yang cerah, lalu
lintas yang lengang dan pengaruh samping jalan yang
tidak berarti. Besarnya kecepatan rencana tergantung
pada kelas jalan dan kondisi medan sebagaimana
ditunjukkan pada Tabel 2.5.

f. Lengkung peralihan
Lengkung peralihan adalah lengkung yang
disisipkan di antara bagian lurus jalan dan bagian
lengkung jalan berjari jari tetap R; berfungsi
mengantisipasi perubahan alinemen jalan dari
bentuk lurus (R tak terhingga) sampai bagian
lengkung jalan berjari jari tetap R sehingga gaya
sentrifugal yang bekerja pada kendaraan saat
berjalan di tikungan berubah secara berangsur-
angsur, baik ketika kendaraan mendekati
tikungan maupun meninggalkan tikungan.
Panjang lengkung peralihan (L) ditetapkan atas
pertimbangan bahwa:
- Lama waktu perjalanan di lengkung peralihan
perlu dibatasi untuk menghindarkan kesan
perubahan alinemen yang mendadak,
ditetapkan 3 detik (pada kecepatan VR);
- Gaya sentrifugal yang bekerja pada kendaraan
dapat diantisipasi berangsur-angsur pada
lengkung peralihan dengan aman; dan
- Tingkat perubahan kelandaian melintang jalan
(re) dari bentuk kelandaian normal ke
kelandaian superelevasi penuh tidak boleh

g. Pencapaian superelevasi
Superelevasi dicapai secara bertahap dari
kemiringan melintang normal pada bagian jalan
yang lurus sampai ke kemiringan penuh
(superelevasi) pada bagian lengkung.
Pada tikungan SCS, pencapaian superelevasi
dilakukan secara linear, diawali dari bentuk
normal sampai awal lengkung peralihan (TS)
yang berbentuk pada bagian lurus jalan, lalu
dilanjutkan sampai superelevasi penuh pada akhir
bagian lengkung peralihan (SC).
Pada tikungan FC, pencapaian superelevasi
dilakukan secara linear, diawali dari bagian lurus
sepanjang 2/3 LS sampai dengan bagian lingkaran
penuh sepanjang 1/3 bagian panjang LS.

2. Landai maksimum
a. Kelandaian maksimum dimaksudkan untuk
memungkinkan kendaraan bergerak terus tanpa
kehilangan kecepatan yang berarti.
b. Kelandaian maksimum didasarkan pada kecepatan
truk yang bermuatan penuh yang mampu bergerak
dengan penurunan kecepatan tidak lebih dari separuh
kecepatan semula tanpa harus menggunakan gigi
rendah.
c. Kelandaian maksimum untuk berbagai VR ditetapkan
dapat dilihat dalam Tabel 2.9.

3. Landai minimum
Pada jalan yang menggunakan kerb pada tepi
perkerasannya, perlu dibuat kelandaian minimum 0,5%
untuk keperluan kemiringan saluran samping, karena
kemiringan melintang jalan dengan kerb hanya cukup
untuk mengalirkan air ke samping.
4. Panjang kritis yaitu panjang landai maksimum yang
harus disediakan agar kendaraan dapat mempertahankan
kecepatannya sedemikian sehingga penurunan kecepatan
tidak lebih dari separuh VR. Lama perjalanan tersebut
ditetapkan tidak lebih dari satu menit. Panjang kritis
dapat ditetapkan dari Tabel 2.10.

5. Lengkung vertikal
a. Lengkung vertikal harus disediakan pada setiap
lokasi yang mengalami perubahan kelandaian
dengan tujuan :
Mengurangi goncangan akibat perubahan
kelandaian; dan
Menyediakan jarak pandang henti.

7. Koordinasi alinemen
a. Alinemen vertikal, alinemen horizontal, dan
potongan melintang jalan adalah elemen elemen
jalan sebagai keluaran perencanaan harus
dikoordinasikan sedemikian sehingga menghasilkan
suatu bentuk jalan yang baik dalam arti
memudahkan pengemudi mengemudikan
kendaraannya dengan aman dan nyaman. Bentuk
kesatuan ketiga elemen jalan tersebut diharapkan
dapat memberikan kesan atau petunjuk kepada
pengemudi akan bentuk jalan yang akan dilalui di
depannya sehingga pengemudi dapat melakukan
antisipasi lebih awal.
b. Koordinasi alinemen vertikal dan alinemen
horizontal harus memenuhi ketentuan sebagai
berikut:
Alinemen horizontal sebaiknya berimpit dengan
alinemen vertikal, dan secara ideal alinemen
horizontal lebih panjang sedikit melingkupi
alinemen vertikal;

2. Umur rencana
Umur Rencana adalah jumlah waktu dalam tahun yang
dihitung dari sejak jalan tersebut dibuka untuk lalu lintas
sampai diperlukan perbaikan besar atau perlu diberi lapis
ulang. Umur rencana untuk jenis perkerasan lentur
(flexible pavement) berdasarkan Manual Desain
Perkerasan Jalan Bina Marga 2013 adalah 20 sampai 40
tahun.
3. Lalu lintas harian rata-rata
Volume lalu lintas harian rata-rata ini merupakan
jumlah kendaraan untuk masing-masing jenisnya. Secara
umum jenis kendaraan yang berpengaruh terhadap tebal
perkerasan dibagi menjadi 3 jenis, yaitu:
Truk atau kendaraan barang
Bus atau angkutan penumpang umum.
Mobil atau kendaraan pribadi.
Data jumlah kendaraan tersebut dapat diketahui melalui
survey traffic counting (survey perhitungan jumlah
kendaraan dengan menggunakan alat counter yang
biasanya dilakukan selama 24 jam).
Berdasarkan hasil survey tersebut, jumlah kendaraan
dipisah berdasarkan masing-masing jenis dan tipe

9. Reliabilitas
Konsep reliabilitas merupakan upaya untuk menyertakan
derajat kepastian ke dalam proses perencanaan untuk
menjamin bermacam-macam alternatif perencanaan akan
bertahan selama selang waktu yang direncanakan (umur
rencana). Tabel 2.23 menunjukkan rekomendasi tingkat
reliabilitas untuk bermacam-macam klasifikasi jalan.

1. Pengertian umum
Menurut buku Perencanaan Sistem Drainase Jalan (2006),
beberapa pengertian drainase adalah sebagai berikut :
a. Drainase adalah prasarana yang berfungsi
mengalirkan air permukaan ke badan air dan atau ke
bangunan resapan buatan.
b. Drainase bawah permukaan adalah sarana untuk

8. Analisa hidrologi
a. Data curah hujan
Merupakan data curah hujan harian maksimum
dalam setahun dinyatakan dalam mm/hari.
Jika daerah layanan tidak memiliki data curah
hujan, maka dapat digunakan data dari stasiun di
luar daerah layanan yang dianggap masih dapat
mewakili. Jumlah data curah hujan yang
diperlukan minimal 10 tahun terakhir.
b. Periode ulang
Karakteristik hujan menunjukkan bahwa hujan yang
besar tertentu mempunyai periode ulang tertentu.
Periode ulang untuk pembangunan saluran drainase
ditentukam 5 tahun, disesuaikan dengan
peruntukannya.
c. Intensitas curah hujan
Intensitas curah hujan adalah ketinggian curah hujan
yang terjadi pada suatu kurun waktu dimana air
tersebut berkonsentrasi. Intensitas curah hujan
mempunyai satuan mm/jam, berarti tinggi air
persatuan waktu. Dalam SNI, untuk menghitung
intensitas hujan digunakan analisis distribusi frekuensi

2. Metode
Berdasarkan buku Rekayasa Jalan, Sulaksono (2001),
metode perhitungan volume galian-timbunan yang
digunakan adalah Average End Area Method. Dengan
metode ini, ditentukan luas galian dan timbunan pada
penampang-penampang melintang berjarak 25 – 50
meter. Volume galian adalah luas galian rata-rata dari
dua penampang berurutan dikalikan dengan jarak antara
kedua penampang tersebut. Volume timbunan adalah
rata-rata dari dua penampang tersebut dikalikan dengan
jaraknya.
3. Mass Diagram
Berdasarkan buku Rekayasa Jalan, Sulaksono (2001),
suatu mass diagram berupa suatu lengkungan yang
menunjukkan penjumlahan aljabar dari volume galian
dan timbunan, mulai dari suatu station tertentu sampai
station berikutnya. Sebelum menggambar lengkungan
volume, sebaiknya disusun terlebih dahulu dalam tabel,
penjumlahan dari galian (+) dan timbunan (-). Skala dari
ordinat disesuaikan dengan volume dalam m3, misalnya
1 cm = 100 m3.
