DEFINISI

EKG

ELEKTROKARDIOGRAFI
Ilmu yang mempelajari aktivitas listrik jantung
ELEKTROKARDIOGRAM (EKG)
Suatu grafik yang menggambarkan rekaman
listrik jantung
FUNGSI EKG
• EKG mempunyai fungsi diagnostik diantaranya :
• Aritmia jantung
• Hipertrofi atrium dan ventrikel
• Iskemik dan infark miokard
• Efek obat-obatan seperti ( digitalis, anti aritmia dll )
• Gangguan keseimbangan elektrolit khususnya kalium
• Penilaian fungsi pacu jantung
MESIN EKG
Mesin EKG dibagi menjadi 3 jenis , menurut
banyaknya saluran ( Channel ) pencatat yaitu:
single, triple atau multiple channel.

Kriteria Irama Sinus/Sinus Rhtym atau EKG normal adalah:

✓ Irama teratur
✓ Frekwensi jantung (HR) antara 60-100 x/menit
✓ Gel P normal, setiap gel P diikuti gel QRS dan T
✓ Interval PR normal (0,12 – 0,20 detik)
✓ Gel QRS normal (0,06 – 0,12 detik)
✓ Semua gel sama
INTERPRETASI EKG
1. Tentukan irama jantung (Rhythm)

2. Tentukan frekuensi (Heart Rate)

3. Tentukan Axis Jantung

4. Tentukan gelombang P normal atau tidak, selalu diikuti

gelombang QRST atau tidak

5. Tentukan interval PR normal atau tidak

6. Tentukan kompleks QRS normal atau tidak

INTERPRETASI EKG... LANJUTAN

7. Tentukan Deviasi Segmen ST (ST elevasi/ST depresi)

8. Tentukan Morfologi Gelombang T

9. Lain-lain (LVH,LV Strain,BBB, QT interval)
