rangka percepatan pembayaran beberapa program pemulihan ekonomi nasional.

2.1. Ruang Lingkup
Penentuan
ruang lingkup lapangan usaha dan komponen PDB mengacu pada System of
National Accounts (SNA) 2008 dengan beberapa penyesuaian berdasarkan kondisi
perekonomian di Indonesia.

2. Organisasi sosial
3. Organisasi profesi dan serikat buruh
4. Organisasi kebudayaan, olah raga, dan rekreasi
5. Partai Politik
6. Lembaga keagamaan
pemberian pihak lain (transfer).

konsumsi kolektif dan pengeluaran konsumsi individu. Pengeluaran konsumsi kolektif
s.
//w
3. Barang jadi;
5. Inventori militer.
id
.
go
Perubahan inventori menjelaskan tentang perubahan posisi barang inventori yang
s.
w
barang inventori yang terjadi secara regular. Tidak termasuk kerugian yang luar
//w

Komponen balas
jasa yang diterima berupa kompensasi pekerja, surplus usaha bruto,
pendapatan campuran bruto, dan pajak kurang subsidi atas produksi

2.2.2. PDB Menurut Pengeluaran s.
p
PDB menurut pengeluaran menunjukkan permintaan akhir terhadap barang
.b
//w

Kemudian mengalikan nilai rata-rata pengeluaran
go

2.1. Coverage
This section will describe the coverage used in the compilation of GDP by
industry and expenditures. It contains the technical explanation of the kind of economic
activity which covered for each industry or component of GDP. In establishing the
coverage for industries and other components of GDP, it is all according to the 2008
System of National Accounts (SNA) with several adjustments based on economic
conditions in Indonesia.
The industries included for compiling the GDP will be grouped into 17

Based on the SNA 2008 guidebook, GDP by industry is defined as the sum of
gross value added to taxes on products minus subsidies on products. Taxes on products
are taxes paid per unit of goods or services. This tax can be the sum of money per
quantity of goods or services or a tax which value computed as a percentage of the
price per unit or the total value of the goods and services transacted. Subsidies for
products are subsidies paid per unit of goods or services. Subsidies for products can
also be in the form of a specific value or a percentage of the value of the goods and

production units in the region/country within a certain period. However, the method

Gross Fixed Capital Formation (GFCF) and Changes in Inventory. The formation of
gross capital is conducted by companies, the government, and NPISHs. In addition to
the final consumption and gross capital formation, GDP by expenditure also enclosed
the difference between exports and imports of goods and services. Generally, the
formula for GDP by expenditure can be written as follow :
GDP Final Consumption Expenditures + Gross Fixed Capital Formation + Exports - Imports
The following describes the calculation method for each component of GDP by
expenditure for both current prices and constant prices.

NPISHs FCE at current prices is estimated using the results of a special survey

7. Statistical Discrepancies
The calculation of GDP in Indonesia is carried out based on two approaches,
which are the production side (industry) and the expenditure side. In theory, these
differences are intended to ensure consistency and entirety of estimation, control
the adequacy of the estimation results, and can provide more benefits in carrying
out GDP analysis. However, differences in the estimation approach, data source,
and calculation method lead to different results between the two approaches. The

difference that appears is called a statistical discrepancy and is placed on the GDP

side by expenditure. p s.
2.3. Change in Base Year
.b
w
BPS has made changes to the base year in the calculation of GDP from

2000 to 2010. Changes in the base year were conducted as during the last ten
years, there are many changes both in global and local structures that have had an

impact on the national economy. The basic year change in calculating GDP is based
tp
ht
on the 2008 System of National Accounts (SNA). The 2008 SNA is an international
recommendation on how to compile a measure of economic activity according to
balance sheet standards based on economic principles.

The growth rate of Education tends to show positive growth during the period
2018-2021. In 2018, Education Services grew by 5.36 percent and continued to rise
to 6.30 percent in 2019. However, this industry grew sluggishly to 2.63 percent in
2020 and continued to experience a slowdown to 0.11 percent by 2021.
During 2017-2021, GVA created for Human Health and Social Work Activities
consistently increased, both nominally and in real terms. Nominally, the constructed
GVA increased from IDR 144,830.7 billion in 2017 to IDR 226,970.8 billion in 2021.
While in real terms, the GVA also increased from IDR 109,497.5 billion in 2017 to
IDR 157,104.7 billion in 2021.
The increasing contribution to the economy is not in line with the growth rate
of Human Health and Social Work Activities. From 2019 to 2020, this industry
experienced a significant growth reaching 11.56 percent. However, its growth rate
slightly slowed down to 10.46 percent in 2021. This condition occurred in line with the
successful impact of handling the COVID-19 pandemic.

billion in 2020. In 2021, GVA in real terms again increased to Rp. 200,772.9 billion
though still lower than the year 2019.
Although the contribution of Other Service Activities has decreased, the growth
rate of this industry in 2021 accelerated compared to 2020. From 2019 to 2020,
the growth rate of Other Service Activities contracted quite deeply to 4.10 percent.
The plunged in contraction growth was caused by the COVID-19 pandemic loss. In
2021, the economic recovery of this industry demonstrated by the acceleration of the
growth rate grew positively by 2.12 percent.
