Karya ini telah kami selesaikan dengan maksimal berkat kerjasama dan bantuan dari berbagai
pihak. Oleh karena itu kami sampaikan banyak terima kasih kepada segenap pihak yang telah
berkontribusi secara maksimal dalam penyelesaian makalah ini.

Diluar itu, tim penulis sebagai manusia biasa menyadari sepenuhnya bahwa masih banyak

Andi Imam Arundhana Thahir
Salah satu founder EduGizi ini adalah alumni pertama Prodi Ilmu Gizi FKM
Unhas sejak 2010. Ia memperoleh gelar Magisternya di Prodi Ilmu Kesehatan
Masyarakat FK UGM pada tahun 2013. Sejak tahun 2015, Imam aktif sebagai
Dosen di Departemen Gizi FKM Unhas. Selain aktif dalam publikasi artikel jurnal,
Imam juga telah menulis beberapa buku bahan ajar yang digunakan di tempat ia
mengajar, diantaranya adalah Ilmu Gizi Dasar, Penulisan Ilmiah Gizi. Saat ini Imam
tengah menempuh Pendidikan Doktor di Central Clinical School, The University
of Sydney Australia dengan dukungan beasiswa Australia Awards.

Asriadi Masnar
Adi adalah dosen dan peneliti di Politeknik Negeri Media Kreatif di Program
Studi Teknik Kemasan dan Seni Kuliner. Dia menyelesaikan kuliah Master
dan Graduate Diplomanya di bidang Food Science and Technology di Curtin
University, Australia. Peraih beasiswa LPDP dan AAS ini menyelesaikan jenjang
sarjananya di Universitas Hasanuddin di Bidang Ilmu Gizi. Selain itu dia aktif
sebagai konsultan membina UMKM yang bergerak di bidang pangan dalam hal
kemasan, reformulasi rasa dan e-marketing. Dia tertarik dalam bidang pangan
fungsional, kemasan pangan cerdas, molekular gastronomi. Di waktu senggang,
Adi, menekuni hobinya membaca dan menonton hal terkait Internet of things,
kemasan, desain dan regulasi pangan.
