1. Setelah melihat video yang di share melalui power point dan diskusi bersama kelompok, p
eserta didik dapat menganalisis (C4) fungsi sosial terkait procedure text (recipe) secara p
ercaya diri.
2. Setelah diskusi bersama kelompok, peserta didik dapat menyusun (C5) langkah-langkah te
rkait procedure text (recipe) yang acak menjadi susunan yang baik dan benar secara perca
ya diri.
3. Setelah tanya jawab dan diskusi bersama kelompok, peserta didik dapat menulis (P5) teks
prosedur pendek dan sederhana, berbentuk resep menggunakan mind mapping secara disip
lin.
4. Setelah diskusi kelompok menggunakan mind mapping, peserta didik dapat mempresentas
ikan (C6) teks prosedur (recipe) tulis pendek dan sederhana dengan ucapan dan tekanan k
ata yang benar secara percaya diri.

Read the text below then analyze!

How to Make Dalgona Coffee

Ingredients:
1. 2 tablespoon coffee powder
2. 2 tablespoon boiling water
3. ice cubes as required
4. 2 tablespoon sugar
5. 2 cup cold milk

Steps:

1. First, make coffee mixture

2. To prepare this delicious coffee, take a bowl and mix equal quantities of
coffee powder, sugar and hot water.
3. Third, beat coffee mixture using whisker or hand blender
4. Now, using a whisker or hand blender, blend the coffee mixture until it is
light, frothy and creamy. This might take a good amount of time.
5. Next, take 2 glasses or coffee mugs and add ice cubes to it as per your conveni
ence.
6. Finally, pour cold milk in them and add this beaten and whipped coffee over it.
Serve chilled.
