 Steps adalah merupakan langkah-langkah atau aktivitas yang harus dilakukan untuk
mencapai tujuan (activities to achieves the goal)

Prosedural teks (Procedure text) mempunyai fungsi sosial (social function) untuk
menginformasikan atau memberi tahu dan mengarahkan pembaca tentang bagaimana sesuatu
atau bagaimana mencapai tujuan (to inform and direct someone on how to do something or
how to achieve a goal)

 Menggunakan connectives (kata penghubung) untuk mengurutkan kegiatan, misalnya
then, while, dsb.
 Menggunakan adverbials (kata keterangan) untuk menyatakan rinci waktu, tempat,
cara yang akurat, misalnya for five minutes, 2 hours, dsb.
 Menggunakan simple present.
