Dear tutor and friends, here are my answer.
1. Apa yang Anda ketahui tentang pembelajaran yang efektif sebelum Anda mempelajari
isisasi dan BMP? yaitu proses pembelajaran yang bisa memmbuat siswa:

-Belajar melibatkan banyak indera sehingga pemahaman konsep lebih mudah dipahami
siswa

-Dapat mendorong siswa untuk ungkap gagasan dan merefleksi diri sehingga menunjang
pemahaman konsep dengan baik
-Dapat memotivasi siswa untuk berani dan lancar dalam menyampaikan gagasan
-Memunculkan sikap untuk mau menerima kritik dan memperbaiki diri, baik gagasan,
hasil karya maupun sikapnya

2. Apa yang Anda ketahui tentang pembelajaran yang efektif setelah Anda mempelajari
materi inisiasi dan BMP mata kuliah pendukung TAP?

Learning is said to be successful if a person or student understands or understands

what has been learned, which at first the student does not know or does not
understand. If the student's abilities at the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor
levels have changed (from previously students could not speak English, then
students could communicate in English, from the beginning students could not write
in English, in the end, students could write paragraphs in English), the learning
process can be said to be effective or successful following the objectives.

2. Action in Sequence

Action in sequence is series of discrete actions performed in a particular sequence

which contributes to performance of an occupation. For example is the time line of
studying process.

3. Cause and Effect

Cause and effect is a relationship between events or things, where one is the
result of the other or others. This is a combination of action and reaction.
Usually the cause and effect sentences used word because, because of.
For example :
When water is heated, the molecules move quickly, therefore the water boils.
A tornado blew the roof off the house, and as a result, the family had to find
another place to live.
Because the alarm was not set, we were late for work.
The moon has gravitational pull, consequently the oceans have tides.
Since school was canceled, we went to the mall.

4. Method

Method is a means or manner of procedure, especially a regular and systematic way

of accomplishing something. Orderly arrangement of parts or steps to accomplish an
end. The procedures and techniques characteristic of a particular discipline or
field of knowledge. For example is the method of expired air artificial
respiration.
