ANALISIS PERHITUNGAN

3.1 Analisis klasifikasi jalan


Jalan yang direncanakan pada perencanaan geometri jalan raya
diklasifikasikan berdasarkan LHR yang ada pada kerangka acuan kerja.

a. Jarak Pandang Menyiap/Mendahului (JPM)

b. Jarak Pandang Henti (JPH)


JPH adalah panjang jalan minimum yang diperlukan pengemudi untuk
menghentikan kendaraannya pada saat yang diperlukan, misalnya pada saat
melihat penghalang pada lintasannya sesuai dengan kecepatan rencana.JPH
ini merupakan hal yang penting untuk keamanan dan kenyaman pengemudi.
JPH terdiri dari 2 komponen jarak yaitu :
1. Jarak yang dilintasi kendaraan sejak saat pengemudi melihat suatu
objek yang menyebabkan ia harus berhenti sampai ia menginjak
rem (disebut jarak tanggap).
2. Jarak yang dilintasi selama pengereman sampai berhenti (jarak
rem).
JPH diukur dari sumbu lajur sebelah dalam.
