Melayani dan memasarkan produk adalah ujung tombak dalam sebuah perusahaan, memanfaatkan
pengalaman kerja sebagai customer service dan marketing membuat saya belajar banyak hal, bisa
membangun relasi, melatih kemampuan komunikasi, menganalisa dan memberikan solusi terbaik
kepada pelanggan, mengikuti perkembangan terkini tren di dunia pemasaran, Sasaran Misi saya
adalah meningkatkan kesadaran merek, keterlibatan, dan tingkat konversi sekaligus memberikan hasil
yang luar biasa dan melampaui sasaran bagi perusahaan.

Melakukan pemasaran produk kepada nasabah bank baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung
guna memenuhi target cabang. Menganalisa data dan mengecek kapasitas nasabah yang akan
mengajukan permohonan pembiayaan. Tindak lanjut kepada nasabah yang akan mengajukan
permohonan pembiayaan dan menandatangani kontrak perjanjian kredit dengan nasabah. Memproses
dan mengirimkan data nasabah ke analis kredit untuk diperiksa lebih lanjut melalui aplikasi sistem.
Membuat laporan rutin harian, mingguan dan bulanan untuk dapat mereview beberapa target yang
telah dicapai.

Conduct product marketing to bank customers through direct and indirect channels
Meet branch targets by implementing effective marketing strategies
