Analisa Rencana Strategik Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia di Rumah
Sakit Umum Daerah Tamiang Layang dihubungkan dengan Analisis SWOT
Renstra Pengembangan SDM RSUD Tamiang Layang Kabupaten Barito Timur
Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah.

Many elements of the operational role and supporting the functioning of the hospital,
one of the main elements are supporting human resources (HR) is labor intensive
and of high quality, which is accompanied by awareness of the appreciation of the
devotion to the interests of the patient. The purpose of this study is the identification
of human resource management issues Tamiang Layang hospital strategic plan
based on the analysis of human resource development in an effort to improve health
services and conduct a SWOT analysis of human resources.
The method used is kualititatif research methods. Methods of data collection using a
structured questionnaire, in-depth interviews, triangulation and observation.
Respondents in this study consisted of a group of doctors, paramedics, medical
support and administrative staff. Informants in this study are representative of each
group above and triangulation to the Director, Medical Services Section Chief,
Section Chief of Medical Services Support, inpatients and outpatients.
Results of analysis Strategic Development Plan human resource Tamiang Layang
hospital employees obtained by questionnaire stating 22% strongly agree, 51%
agree, 20% disagree, and strongly disagree menyatakam reach 7%. The results
showed that the distribution of respondents agreed percentage of work done by the
team and felt less time 66% agreed and 25% disagreed, agreed with planning
personnel as needed basis terecana 55% and 25% who disagree, agree with the
strategic plan of human resource development 55% and 15% disagreed. The highest
value at 70% agree there was a strategic plan agreed with employee needs. The
highest value of 25% disagreed on workloads that are not in accordance with the
amount of power needed. Results of Focus Group Discussion is a need to manage
the management of human resources in earnest with a priority on job analysis,
especially for functional strength, focus on job training, special assignments, job
rotation on / another room, independent study, internal training and external, attend
conferences, seminars and workshops, membership in professional organizations or
associations, increased employee monitoring and improving the quality of human
resources through continuous education as a learning task. Then followed up with a
SWOT analysis of human resources. Most respondents agreed with the strategic
plan of development of human resources in the Hospital Tamiang Layang and needs
some effort in the long-term capacity building of human resources.

serta tidak lupa dengan memanjatkan segenap puji syukur atas limpahan karunia-Nya karena
penulis dapat menyelesaikan Tesis ini dengan judul : “RENCANA STRATEGIK

BARITO TIMUR”.
