SUMMARY
This research aims to analyze the partial significance of the influence of work
discipline, career path, competence and work environment on employee
performance at PT. BPR Bank Surya Yudha Banyumas Branch. The population in
this study are employees of PT. BPR Bank Surya Yudha Banyumas Branch with 70
employees. Samples were obtained using the Slovin formula with a sampling
technique using proportional stratified random sampling of 66 respondents. The
data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the regression
equation, namely Y = 6.229 + 0.115 X1 + 0.210 X2 + 0.313 X3 + 0.502 X4 + e.
The R2 result is 0.587, meaning that 58.7% change in employee performance
variables can be explained by changes in the variables used in the research model
of work discipline, career paths, competence and work environment. The remaining
41.3% can be explained by other variables not examined. The results of the F test
show that F count is 21.701 > F table is 2.523, so the research model is declared
feasible to study. The results of the hypothesis with the t test found 1) Work
discipline has a significant positive influence on the performance of BPR Bank
Surya Yudha Banyumas employees, with t count > t table or 2.589 > 1.670, so the
first hypothesis is accepted. 2) Career path has a significant positive effect on the
performance of BPR Bank Surya Yudha Banyumas employees, with a t count > t
table or 2.331 > 1.670, the second hypothesis is accepted. 3) Competence has a
significant positive effect on the performance of BPR Bank Surya Yudha Banyumas
employees, with t count > t table or 2.907 > 1.670, the third hypothesis is accepted.
4) The work environment has a significant positive influence on the performance of
BPR Bank Surya Yudha Banyumas employees, with t count > t table or 4.007 >
1.670, the fourth hypothesis is accepted.
The implications of this research are 1) The leaders of BPR Bank Surya
Yudha Banyumas Branch must educate their subordinates when absent from work
must be with clear reasons and urgent conditions. 2) The leaders of BPR Bank
Surya Yudha Banyumas Branch must improve the promotion system to match the
abilities and skills of employees so that employees will feel fair and satisfied. 3) The
leaders of BPR Bank Surya Yudha Banyumas Branch need to add support to their
employees at work so that employees always develop. 4) The leaders of BPR Bank
Surya Yudha Banyumas Branch carried out security improvements in the BPR Bank
Surya Yudha Banyumas Branch so that employees felt comfortable while working.
