Bersikap tidak kooperatif dan tidak asertif

Menarik diri dari situasi yang berkembang.
Bersikap netral dalam segala macam cuaca.

Bersikap tidak kooperatif

Bekerja dengan menantang keinginan pihak lain.
Berjuang untuk mendominasi dalam situasi menang atau
kalah.
memaksakan segala sesuatu agar sesuai
dengan
kesimpulan tertentu.

3. Akomodasi atau Meratakan
-
Bersikap kooperatif tetapi tidak asertif.

Membiarkan keinginan pihak lain menonjol.
Meratakan perbedaan-perbedaan guna mempertahankan
harmoni yang diciptakan.
4. Kompromis
-
Bersikap cukup kooperatif dan asertif, tetapi tidak

hingga sikap ekstrim.
Bekerja menuju ke arah pemuasan kepentingan parsial
semua pihak yang berkepentingan.
Mengambil pemecahan akseptabel.

5. Kolaborasi (Kerjasama) atau Pemecahan
Masalah

Bersikap kooperatif dan asertif

Berupaya mencari kepuasan setiap pihak yang
berkepentingan.
Bekerja melalui perbedaan-perbedaan yang ada.
Mencari dan memecahkan masalah sedemikian
rupa hingga setiap orang mencapai keuntungan
dengan hasilnya.
HASIL-HASIL KONFLIK
1. Konflik Kalah-kalah
- Apabila tak seorang pun diantara pihak
yang terlibat mencapai kepentingannya
yang sebenarnya.
- Alasan-alasan terjadinya konflik tidak
mengalami perubahan.
2. Konflik Menang-Kalah
- Salah satu pihak mencapai apa yang
diinginkannya dan mengorbankan pihak
lain.

1. Jangan memberikan kesempatan untuk
perjuangan mendapatkan kekuasaan.

Konflik Sebuah Yayasan Pendidikan :
1. Kekuatan Yayasan : memiliki legalitas
formal tetapi tidak terlibat sedikit pun
mengelola yayasan (pasif).
2. Kekuatan pengelola : memiliki dukungan
dari masyarakat sekolah dan para donatur
(aktif).
Yayasan ingin mengambil alih pengelolaan
dan memberhentikan pengelola, sedangkan
pengelola merasa keberatan.
