Energi listrik adalah energi utama yang dibutuhkan bagi peralatan listrik
yang tersimpan dalam arus listrik dengan satuan ampere (A) dan satuan
volt (V) dengan ketentuan kebutuhan konsumsi daya listrik dengan satu

 KESIMPULAN
Permasalahan energi listrik dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pertumbuhan penduduk yang terus meningkat sehingga
membutuhkan ketersediaan energi yang tinggi, selain itu masalah subsidi listrik yang membengkak akibat selisih
harga produksi dengan harga jual dikarenakan harga produksi yang mahal tidak sebanding dengan harga jual di
masyarakat. Masalah lain yang dihadapai adalah kondisi geografis Indonesia yang luas dan berkepulauan
menyebabkan masalah distribusi listrik. Namun, ada beberapa upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi
masalah ketersedian energi listrik di Indonesia yaitu memaksimalkan penggunaan energi terbarukan yang ada di
Indonesia seperti energi air, angin, matahari, nuklir, biomassa, panas bumi, dan gelombang air laut.
 SARAN
Pemerintah diharapkan dapat lebih serius menangani hambatan tersebut dengan harapan nanti di masa depan
energi terbarukan di Indonesia dapat dimaksimalkan kegunaanya. Sehingga dapat menyelsaikan masalah sepert
i ketersediaan energi yang kurang, subsidi yang tidak seimbang, distribusi listrik yang kurang merata dan
pemerintah dapat mendukung pengembangan energi terbarukan yang ada di Indonesia agar dapat dimanfaatkan
secara maksimal.
