Pengertian Integumen

Integumen mencakup kulit pembungkus permukaan tubuh dan tur

unannnya termasuk kuku, rambut, dann kelenjar. Kulit adalah lapis
an jaringan yang terdapat pada bagian luar yang menutupi dan me
lindungi permukaan tubuh. Kulit berhubungan dengan selaput lend
ir yang melapisi rongga lubang masuk.
Kulit Kulit adalah lapisan jaringan yang terdap
at pada bagian luar yang menutupi dan
melindungi permukaan tubuh. Kulit berhu

 Pengertian
Epidermis
Lapisan kulit epidermis merupakan lapisan kulit
bagian teratas pada kulit manusia. Setiap
manusia memiliki ketebalan kulit yang berbeda-
beda antara 400-600 μm, untuk kulit tebal
terletak pada kulit telapak tangan dan kaki dan k
ulit tipis memiliki ketebalan antara 75-150 μm
untuk kulit tipis (kulit selain telapak tangan dan
kaki, memiliki rambut).

Fungsi Jaringan Epidermis

1. Sebagai penghalang untuk melindungi tubuh dari mikroba atau patogen berbahaya

bahan kimia lainnya.
3. Memberikan ketahanan mekanis pada tubuh.
4. Menjaga agar kulit tetap terhidrasi.
5. Memberikan warna pada kulit.
 Pengertian
Dermis Dermis adalah lapisan kulit antara
epidermis (dengan yang itu
membuat para kutis) dan jaringan
subkutan, yang terdiri dari jaringan
ikat dan bantal tubuh dari stres dan
ketegangan.
Lapisan kulit dermis terdiri dari
pembuluh darah, akar rambut, ujung
syaraf, kelenjar keringat dan
kelenjar minyak.

Fungsi Jaringan Dermis

Fungsi dermis sebagai alat ekskresi, selain itu sebegai organ penerima rangsangan, pelindung
pada kerusakan fisik, penyinaran, dan bibit penyakit, serta pengaturan suhu tubuh.
 Pengertian
Hipodermis adalah salah satu lapisan dari bebar
Sub Kutis apa lapisan yang terdapat pada kulit. Hipodermis
ini merupakan lapisan kulit lemak atau jaringan ik
at yang merupakan rumah dari kelenjar keringat
dan lemak dan juga sel-sel kolagen.

dapat pada lapisan ini sehingga lapisan Hipoder
mis ini memiliki fungsi sebagai penahan terhadap
benturan ke organ tubuh bagian dalam, memberi
bentuk pada tubuh, mempertahankan suhu tubuh
dan sebagai tempat penyimpan cadangan maka
nan.

Kelenjar Keringat

Walaupun stratum korneum kedap air, namun sekitar 400 mL

air dapat keluar dengan cara menguap melalui kelenjar
keringat tiap hari (Djuanda, 2007). Seorang yang bekerja
dalam ruangan mengekskresikan 200 mL keringat tambahan,
dan bagi orang yang aktif jumlahnya lebih banyak lagi. Selain
mengeluarkan air dan panas, keringat juga merupakan sarana
untuk mengekskresikan garam, karbondioksida, dan dua
molekul organik hasil pemecahan protein yaitu amoniak dan
urea (Martini, 2006).
Terdapat dua jenis kelenjar keringat, yaitu kelenjar keringat apokrin dan
kelenjar keringat merokrin.

Kelenjar keringat apokrin terdapat di daerah aksila, pay

udara dan pubis, serta aktif pada usia pubertas dan meng
hasilkan sekret yang kental dan bau yang khas (Djuanda,
2007). Kelenjar keringat apokrin bekerja ketika
ada sinyal dari sistem saraf dan hormon sehingga sel-sel
mioepitel yang ada di sekeliling kelenjar berkontraksi dan
14 menekan kelenjar keringat apokrin. Akibatnya kelenjar
keringat apokrin melepaskan sekretnya ke folikel rambut la
lu ke permukaan luar (Tortora dkk., 2006).
 Kelenjar keringat merokrin (ekrin) terdapat di daerah
telapak tangan dan kaki. Sekretnya mengandung air,
elektrolit, nutrien organik, dan sampah metabolism
(Harien, 2010). Kadar pH-nya berkisar 4,0−6,8 dan fungsi
dari kelenjar keringat merokrin adalah mengatur
temperatur permukaan, mengekskresikan air dan elektrolit
serta melindungi dari agen asing dengan cara mempersulit
perlekatan agen asing dan menghasilkan dermicidin,
sebuah peptida kecil dengan sifat antibiotik (Djuanda,
2007).
Kelenjar Sebasea

Kelenjar sebasea merupakan kelenjar yang melekat pa

da folikel rambut dan melepaskan lipid yang dikenal seb
agai sebum menuju lumen (Harien, 2010).
Sebum dikeluarkan ketika muskulus arektor pili berkontr
aksi menekan kelenjar sebasea sehingga sebum dikelu
arkan ke folikel rambut lalu ke permukaan kulit. Sebum
tersebut merupakan campuran dari trigliserida, kolester
ol, protein, dan elektrolit. Sebum berfungsi menghamba
t pertumbuhan bakteri, melumasi dan memproteksi kera
tin (Tortora dkk., 2006).
Rambut

Rambut merupakan salah satu adneksa kulit yang terda

pat pada seluruh tubuh kecuali telapak tangan, telapak
kaki, kuku, dan bibir.
Rambut terdiri atas bagian yang terbenam dalam kulit
(akar rambut) dan bagian yang berada di luar kulit
(batang rambut). Ada 2 macam tipe rambut yaitu rambut
velus yaitu rambut halus yang sedikit mengandung
pigmen dan rambut terminal yaitu rambut kasar yang
mengandung banyak pigmen (Djuanda,2007).

Bagian Akar Rambut
1. Papilla Rambut : Papilla rambut adalah bagian rambut
tempat dihasilkannya sel–sel tunas rambut dan pigmen
melanin yang memberikan warna. Papilla rambut juga
berfungsi sebagai penerima nutrisi dari folikel untuk
menunjang pertumbuhan rambut
2. Bulp Rambut : Bulp Rambut adalah bagian pangkal
rambut yang membesar, seperti bentuk bola, gunanya untuk
melindungi papilla rambut.
3. Kelenjar Minyak : Kelenjar minyak adalah kelenjar
mikroskopik yang berada tepat di bawah kulit yang
mengeluarkan minyak yang disebut sebum. Fungsi kelenjar
minyak, yang mengeluarkan pelumas dan lemak lainnya
4. Otot penegak rambut : Otot penegak rambut adalah
serabut-serabut otot yang berfungsi menegakkan rambu
5. Matrik Rambut : Matrik Rambut disebut juga dengan
umbi/tombol atau lembaga rambut.
 Bagian Batang Rambut

1. Kultikula : kultikula adalah bagian terluar dari

batang rambut
2. Kortek : Kortek adalah lapisan tengah batang
rambut yang terletak antara lapisan Kutikula dan Medulla
3. Medulla : medulla atau sumsum rambut adalah
lapisan terdalam dari rambut yang biasa disebut inti
rambut.
 Siklus Pertumbuhan Rambut
Rambut tumbuh secara siklik. Siklus pertumbuhan rambut secara normal adalah sebagai berikut :
1. Fase anagen : disebut juga sebagai fase pertumbuhan dimana sel-sel matriks melalui mitosis me
mbentuk sel-sel baru mendorong sel-sel yang lebih tua ke atas. Lamanya fase ini adalah 2-6 tah
un dengan kecepatan tumbuh 0,35mm per hari.
2. Fase katagen : merupakan masa peralihan yang didahului oleh penebalan jaringan ikat di sekitar
folikel rambut. Bagian tengah akar rambut menyempit dan bagian di bawahnya melebar dan men
galami pertandukan sehingga terbentuk gada (club). Masa ini berlangsung 2-3 minggu.
3. Masa telogen : merupakan masa istirahat dimulai dengan memendeknya sel epitel dan berbentu
k tunas kecil yang membuat rambut baru sehingga rambut gada akan terdorong keluar.

Lama masa anagen adalah berkisar 1000 hari sedangkan masa telogen sekitar 100 hari. Jumlah fol
ikel rambut pada kepala manusia berkisar 100.000 dengan jumlah rambut yang rontok perhari sekit
ar 100 helai. (Djuanda,2007).
Kuku
Pengertian
Kuku berperan saat menggenggam dan memegang
benda benda kecil. Kuku merupakan alat yang
sangat berguna yang melindungi ujung jari, berperan
pada sensasi sensasi taktil dengan bekerja sebagai
counterforce (kekuatan melawan) terhadap bantuan
ujung jari dan membantu pengaturan suhu perifer
melalui badan glomus yang terletak dalam bantalan
dan matriks kuku.
Kuku adalah lempeng sel epidermal yg mengalami
keratinisasi, keras, dan sangat padat.

Pembentukan Panas dalam Tubuh dan Faktor Yang Memengaruhi

Bagian dalam inti suhu tubuh, yang benar- benar mempunyai suhu rata-rata 370 C, yaitu diukur pada daerah
(mulut, otot, membrane tympani, vagina, esophagus (Tr). Bagian luar adalah temperature kulit + 1/3 massa t
ubuh yaitu penukaran kulit sampai + 2 cm kedalam.(Ts) Dari dua bagian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa t
emperature suhu tubuh rata-rata (tmb : Temperatur Mean Body) dengan rumus ;

TMB = 0,33 Ts + 0.67 Tr

Organ Pengatur Suhu Tubuh

Pusat pengatur panas dalam tubuh adalah Hypothalamus, Hipothalamus ini dikenal sebagai thermostat yang
berada dibawah otak. Hipothalamus anterior berfungsi mengatur pembuangan panas. Hipothalamus posterio
r berfungsi mengatur upaya penyimpanan panas
Mekanisme pengaturan suhu
Kulit --> Reseptor ferifer --> hipotalamus (posterior dan anterior) --> Preoptika hypotalamus --> Nervus efere
nt --> kehilangan/pembentukan panas
Mekanisme Produksi dan Pemeliharaan Panas

Kontraksi pembuluh darah, menggigil, dan merinding merupakan proses termoregulasi

yang membantu menghangatkan tubuh. Saat tubuh menjadi terlalu dingin, kapiler kulit meng-
alami kontriksi (menyempit), mengurangi kehilangan panas melalui kulit. Kontriksi kapiler
superfisial menyebabkan warna kulit berubah dari warna normal menjadi lebih pucat. Aksi
refleks mengigil membantu menghasilkan panas tambahan dan merinding membuat rambut
kulit berdiri untuk meningkatkan insulasi. Semakin banyak lemak subkutan pada individu,
kemampuan tubuh untuk menginsulasi diri semakin baik.

 Mekanisme Kehilangan Panas

Jika tubuh terlalu hangat, proses dikirim dari

hipotalamus di otak. Kapiler dermal mengalami
dilatasi, dan aliran darah ke permukaan kulit
semakin banyak. Karena lebih banyak darah dibawa
ke permukaan, panas tubuh hilang ke udara.

 TERMOGULASI
Sistem integumen, mengatur dan menyeimbangkan suhu tubuh internal
melalui sebuah proses yang disebut termoregulasi. Suhu tubuh relatif
konstan (37 derajat celcius). Tubuh kehilangan panas melalui empat
proses, yaitu : radiasi, konveksi, evaporasi dan konduksi. Kulit mem
-pertahankan proses melalui mekanisme menggigil dan merinding
serta mengeluarkan panas melalui kelenjar keringat.
