 DEFINISI
• Tumor otak: primer dan metastasis
• Primer: jenis asal pembentuknya (mis:
meningioma, ependymoma,
medulloblastoma)
TUMOR CPA:
85% Vestibular
schwannoma, lipoma,

malformasi vaskular,
Grade 1 – benigna
hemangioma
Grade 2 – atipikal

 Cerebellopontine Angle
• CPA: daerah berbentuk segitiga pada fossa
posterior yg dibatasi tulang temporal,
serebelum dan pons.
 BORDERS OF CPA
• Anterior: Petrous part of temporal bone
• Posterior: cerebellum
• Superior: pons cerebellar peduncles
• Inferior: cerebellar tonsils
• Medial: medial lateral surface of the
brainstem
• Lateral: petrous bone
 CPA Tumor
• These tumors are usually unilateral: however
about 5% are bilateral and associated with
neurofibromatosis type II
• Patient with these tumors typically present in
middle age with progressive unilateral
sensorineural hearing loss

TATA LAKSANA
 PROGNOSIS
• Prognosis tergantung dari lokasi dan ukuran
dari tumor serta penyakit komorbid yang
menyertai.
